This can cause some rather abrupt endings for teams, as they seemingly go from happy to split in a matter of days. Something similar has happened again in NXT as a team that only started having troubles a few weeks ago have now split up. One such thing is the WWE Hall Of Fame, with this year’s class only starting to come together. Now we might have a better idea as to why. While WWE is planning to announce at least one more inductee later this week, this is slower than the company’s usual pace for announcing inductions. According to Fightful Select, the current plan is to have this year’s class be “way smaller” than in previous years. There are several matches already set for the show but with two nights to fill, a lot more will need to be done. This can include matches that are not held under your typical rules, and now another one has been added to the card with some of the biggest stipulations WWE has to offer. WWE has started putting together a bunch of the matches on the show with several already having been announced. There are still a lot to go though, and now we might be seeing some wrestlers in multiple matches. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: They’re In: How Two NXT Stars Confirmed Their Romantic Relationship According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the current plan for WrestleMania 39 calls for Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler to challenge for the Women’s Tag Team Titles. However, the current champions, Lita and Becky Lynch, are already set for a six woman tag where they will team with Trish Stratus against Damage CTRL. However, the expectation is that the champions will work twice. Rousey is currently dealing with an injury, but the plan for this week called for her to still work the show. Ring Of Honor Date: March 9, 2023 Location: Universal Studios, Orlando, Florida Commentators: Ian Riccaboni, Caprice Coleman We’re still on the first taping of this new show so things are likely to look like they did last week. The wrestling itself was pretty good, but the length of the show was quite the drag. They did offer something big at the end with Eddie Kingston showing up to challenge Claudio Castagnoli, so there is at least a path forward in the main event. Let’s get to it.
