John Cena Joining SmackDown Live Survivor Series Team; Updated Survivor Series Lineup
John Cena will be returning to WWE for Survivor Series, only not in the role everyone was led to believe. Of course, since WWE has basically changed the entire card over the past week or so, and with more changes to come after next week’s RAW and SmackDown Live, we shouldn’t be surprised.
WWE announced today that, instead of being a special guest referee on the show, Cena will be joining the SmackDown Live Survivor Series Men’s Team. Cena will join Shinsuke Nakamura, Randy Orton, Bobby Roode, and Shane McMahon on November 18th as they take on the RAW team of Kurt Angle, Finn Balor, Jason Jordan, Braun Strowman, and Samoa Joe.

So, with all of the changes this week, here’s the updated Survivor Series card.
- The Shield vs The New Day
- WWE Cruiserweight Title: Enzo Amore vs Kalisto
- Cesaro & Sheamus vs The Usos
- The Miz vs Baron Corbin
- Alexa Bliss vs Natalya
- Women’s Survivor Series Match: Alicia Fox, Nia Jax, Sasha Banks, Asuka, & ??? vs Becky Lynch, Carmella, Tamina Snuka, Naomi, & Charlotte
- Men’s Survivor Series Match: Kurt Angle, Finn Balor, Samoa Joe, Braun Strowman, & Jason Jordan vs Shane McMahon, John Cena, Randy Orton, Bobby Roode, & Shinsuke Nakamura
- Brock Lesnar vs AJ Styles
We could end up with more changes to the card if even more titles change hands during next week’s WWE programming.
