The Taz Show Recap – Angle’s TLC Performance, Bullet Club in WWE, Daniel Bryan Turning Heel? More!
Block 1:
A listener calls into the show and mentions that he really liked the main event of TLC this past Sunday, with Kurt Angle tagging with The Shield to take on The Miz, Sheamus, Cesaro, Kane and Braun Strowman. He also points out that he didn’t have a problem with Kurt Angle wearing a Shield vest.
Taz says that he wasn’t really critical of that match either. He actually really enjoyed the physical side of the bout and he thought all of the guys in the match busted their asses. He did however say that there was an awful lot of stuff happening in that match, and he would have preferred if Angle would have came out to his own music, wearing his own ring gear.
The caller goes on to say that he felt as if the other talent in the match were holding back a bit physically when working with Angle. The caller wonders if maybe this was because Angle came back too soon and he wasn’t physically prepared to work that match.
Taz says that Angle was definitely physically prepared to work this match because he wouldn’t have been in the ring if he wasn’t. He does agree with the caller in the sense that it appeared as if those guys were a bit hesitant to really go at Angle physically, but he also adds that they were probably just timid because they were working with a WWE legend for the first time.
