Mick Foley Getting A New Knee

Mick Foley took to Twitter this morning to announce that he will be undergoing hip replacement surgery today.

This is Foley’s second big surgery this year. Back in April, he had his hip replaced. Foley also announced on Twitter today that he will be at WrestleCon next year on April 6th and 7th, signing for TMart Promotions.

We wish The Hardcore Legend a full and speedy recovery from his surgery today.

The Young Bucks Stretched Thin At Death Before Dishonor

ROH’s upcoming Death Before Dishonor PPV is getting a bit more interesting each day. Not only will be they be defending their ROH 6-Man Tag Team Titles during the event with their partner Hangman Page against The Briscoes and Bully Ray, but ROH announced today that they will also be defending their ROH Tag Team Titles

ROH WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS THE YOUNG BUCKS (MATT & NICK JACKSON) vs. MOTOR CITY MACHINE GUNS (ALEX SHELLEY & CHRIS SABIN)

For just the third time in Ring of Honor, the ROH World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks will face the Motor City Machine Guns and the ROH World Tag Team Titles will be on the line!

These two teams have been regarded as two of the best teams of the 21st century, collecting championship gold around the world. But one championship has eluded Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin: the ROH World Tag Team Championships. As The Young Bucks rose to the top of the tag team world, Shelley and Sabin reunited with a common bond – to finally capture the tag team gold.

But since the Motor City Machine Guns reunited, no team has held the tag team titles longer than the Young Bucks! The two teams had an instant classic in the main event of Supercard of Honor X in Dallas in 2016. And then these two teams fought the Addiction in what many consider the greatest ladder match of all time at All-Star Extravaganza, which saw the Young Bucks capture the ROH World Tag Team titles for the second time. Now three-time champions, Matt and Nick Jackson look to defeat a team they have long been compared to, cementing their legacy and denying a similarly great team’s theirs.
