Jinder Mahal in UFC Next Month
It’s been quite the summer for Jinder Mahal. He was quickly elevated into the main event spotlight and won the WWE Championship, his first championship in the WWE, and now he’s making the jump to UFC, but only for an appearance. Arjan Bhullar, who reportedly is UFC’s first fighter of Indian origin and a fellow Canadian, is scheduled to make his debut at UFC 215 on September 9, and Mahal will accompany his team in the Edmonton, Alberta, Canada show.
Back in July, Bhullar and Mahal were featured in a workout video where both athletes speak about their history and pride in representing their nationality.
The Rock’s Still Cool With The Teens
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is 45 years old but yet he won a Teen Choice Award last night. He won Choice Fantasy Movie Actor for his performance in the Disney animated film Moana. The WWE congratulated Johnson on his latest award.
The award comes a couple days after he stunned long-time wrestling fans with a drastic change to his brahma bull tattoo. He explained the “evolution” of the bull and detailed what each feature of the new bull represents.
Nearly a week ago, Johnson did announced there would be an “evolution” to his iconic bull tattoo, and he also enlightened its history.
