SmackDown Live Women’s Tag Match; Updated WWE Extreme Rules Card

Charlotte & Becky Lynch Team Up Tonight On SmackDown Live

WWE now has an official preview for tonight’s SmackDown Live. There’s not a ton to add to our own preview, but a tag team match in the Women’s Division was made official with Charlotte and Becky Lynch teaming to take on Natalya and Carmella.

Additionally, Shane McMahon will make a “major announcement” regarding the Money In The Bank match, and there will be a focus on The Usos and AJ Styles’ next moves. Of course, the Punjabi Celebration for Jinder Mahal is center stage. No mention of Rusev in WWE’s preview whatsoever.

Following last night’s RAW, stipulations are now set for the top five matches at WWE Extreme Rules

Seth Rollins vs Samoa Joe vs Finn Bálor vs Bray Wyatt vs Roman Reigns.

RAW Women’s Title
Kendo Stick On A Pole Match
Alexa Bliss vs Bayley.

WWE Intercontinental Title
Title Can Change Hands On A DQ
Dean Ambrose vs The Miz.

WWE Cruiserweight Title
Submission Match
Neville vs Austin Aries.

RAW Tag Team Title
Steel Cage Match
The Hardys vs Cesaro and Sheamus.

As far as filling out the rest of the card goes, another Sasha Banks-Alicia Fox match could be in the works. Goldust vs. R-Truth seems logical, and if there is a God, we will get more of The Drifter.

Other RAW Notes

Two matches have already been announced for next week: Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns and a Triple Threat between Finn Bálor, Bray Wyatt, and Samoa Joe. This will be the “go-home” show for Extreme Rules.

After RAW went off the air last night, Roman Reigns saved Seth Rollins from a heel beat-down courtesy of Joe and Wyatt. Reigns was said to get the “usual response” from the crowd.
