According to Ricky Knight, English promoter, wrestler and father of current WWE Superstar Paige, WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall was hospitalized following an appearance at Knight’s show in England. Knight confirmed via his Facebook page Hall became ill while in attendance at the World Association of Wrestling show where Scott Hall is the story line commissioner of the company.

“I can confirm Scott Hall was taken ill tonight at the WAW show in Lowestoft; we are at the hospital now after tests; early signs are positive, and we hope to take him to our home soon.”

Scott Hall has been open about his recent heart related issues. Following heart surgery in 2010, Scott had a pacemaker defibrillator implanted to help control abnormal hearth rhythms.

The most recent updates, but yet unconfirmed by Hall or Knight, are stating Scott Hall has checked himself out of the hospital against doctor’s orders and flown back home.

During the show, Hall did not participate in any ring action. Hall did play the authority figure confirming a World Heavyweight match between Ricky Knight and Alberto El Patron (champion) as well forcing Mr. Anderson to find two partners in a tag team match later that night.

We at Top Rope Press wish Hall a speedy recovery.
