And Done: AEW Stable Officially Disbands
That’s one less. Stables have been a common factor in wrestling for a very long time now as they are a concept that makes sense. Having a stable allows for several wrestlers to be able to get television time at once, often through a shared goal or characteristic. Occasionally you will also see wrestlers who are thrown together with nothing else to do, and now we are seeing one such stable go their separate ways.

AEW’s QT Marshall has announced that the Factory, his AEW stable, has disbanded, citing hate from “experts” in wrestling. Marshall said to keep an eye on the members of the team, including Lee Johnson, Cole Karter, Aaron Solo and Nick Comoroto. There is no word on any backstage reason for the team being disbanded and nothing to suggest that any member is gone from the promotion.
We did some fun stuff. Unfortunately, the amount of Factory hate from the “experts” in wrestling was too much and the group had to disband. But keep your eyes on @BigShottyLee @realcolekarter @AaronSoloAEW @Mr_Freakbeast https://t.co/JpUu7z1jN2

Opinion: While I would hope that there is another reason other than the fans disliking them, I can see why the team didn’t have much of a future. The Factory never really did much in AEW and when they were on TV, it was mainly to get beaten up. With so many other teams and groups in AEW, there just wasn’t a place for them, despite there being some talent in the group.
