Needs A New Spot: AEW Star Dropped From Current Storyline
She’ll need something new. With so many wrestlers on the AEW roster and so little television time, it can be difficult to find something for everyone to do. One of the most common solutions is to put wrestlers together into groups so they can be on screen at the same time. Occasionally changes still need to be made though and that seems to be the case again.

The top storyline in the AEW women’s division is a feud between the AEW originals and the division’s newcomers. The originals, comprised of Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter, have been fighting against Saraya and Toni Storm, but their usual friend Rebel has been missing. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Rebel is no longer being used in the story. Since Baker and Hayter are being presented as babyfaces, there is no need for them to have a third woman. There is no word on what Rebel will be doing next.

Opinion: This does make sense, but it is kind of a shame to see Baker and Hayter no longer being associated with Rebel. The trio had great chemistry together and it would have been nice to see them continue. Hopefully Rebel gets to do something else in the future, as she is way too talented to be stuck sitting on the sidelines. Rebel may not fit here, but she is certainly going to fit in somewhere in AEW.
