WRESTLING RUMORS: Several NXT UK Injuries Put Wrestlers Out For Months

That’s never good. Injuries are a way of life in wrestling. No matter how safe or talented a wrestler may be, there is always the chance that something could go wrong and put them on the shelf. That is never a good thing to see and the scary part is wondering just how long someone is going to be out of action. Unfortunately the injury bug seems to have hit one promotion extra hard.

NXT UK seems to have suffered a variety of injuries. First up, Flash Morgan Webster has announced that he is undergoing surgery to repair a torn labrum. Webster revealed that he suffered the injury three years ago and has wrestled through it since. The injury was explained at the hands of an attack by Rampage Brown. There is no word on how long he will be out of action.

In addition, Ringsidenews.com is reporting a pair of injuries. During a recent NXT UK taping, Brown is said to have suffered some an injury during a United Kingdom Title match against Ilja Dragunov. There is no word on what happened or how long he will be out, but the injury is said to be “bad”. In addition, Mark Andrews is said to have broken his collarbone, which will put him out of action for three months. It is not clear how he was injured in the first place.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that you never want to see as injuries can be horrible for anyone. Hopefully everyone can get back in the ring as soon as possible as some of these sound terrible. Sometimes they just come in bunches like this and there is no way around it. This doesn’t seem to be anything more than a streak of bad luck, though in Webster’s case it is more about going as far as he can without surgery. Getting everyone back healthy is what matters most and now the waiting and healing can begin.

What does this mean for NXT UK? What should everyone do when they get back? Let us know in the comments below.
