Former World Champion Working As WWE Performance Center Coach

You need good coaching. WWE is a huge company, to the point where they are able to train a lot of their own wrestlers. As a result they are able to put together the Performance Center, featuring a world class training facility with all kinds of wrestlers coming and going every single day. They also have a large team of trainers and now they are going to have a guest star.

According to PWInsider.com, former WWE star and NWA World Champion Rob Conway has been a guest trainer at the Performance Center this week. There is no word on if Conway will be brought in as a full time coach. Conway wrestled for WWE from 2003-2007 before moving on to the independent circuit, where he won the NWA World Title twice. This is his second stint as a guest coach, having worked at the Performance Center in 2018.

Conway could be worth a look. Check out some of his time in the ring and at the Performance Center:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that could be a good deal for WWE. One of the biggest criticisms of WWE is that a lot of their wrestlers feel the same. Therefore, it would make sense to have someone new come in and offer their style instead of doing the same thing over and over. I’m not sure if Conway is the long form answer to their problems, but it could help for a little bit.

What do you think of Conway? Who should WWE bring in as a coach? Let us know in the comments below.
