VIDEO: Vince McMahon CRUSHES His Workout At 75 Years Old
He’s still got it. Love him or hate him, there is absolutely no one like Vince McMahon. He is about as unique of a personality as you will ever find with an insane commitment to almost anything he does. This is mostly the case with business and the wrestling world, but McMahon does have a few other interests. One of those was on display recently and is rather impressive.
WWE’s corporate trainer Michael Monteforte has posted a new video to Instagram showing McMahon working out at WWE’s gym in Stamford, Connecticut. McMahon is doing a leg workout in a machine where he is leaning backwards and using his legs to push the weight up. There is now word on when the footage was shot. McMahon appeared on this week’s edition of SmackDown from Houston, Texas.
This is pretty impressive. Check out McMahon’s workout, plus some other stars in training:

Opinion: McMahon is an absolute freak of nature who seems to have no limits when it comes to what he is willing to try. The fact that he is still able to do this at seventy five years old shows you not only the kind of shape that he is in but also the kind of effort that he has put in over the years. McMahon’s abilities in the gym are rather impressive, as are a few other things about him as well.
