WATCH: Emotional Moment After This Week’s SmackDown
It is worth a special moment. This week’s edition of SmackDown featured the return of fans to WWE events for the first time since March 2020. That was a very important moment for the company and you knew that WWE was going to do something special for the occasion. There were some surprise moments on the show, but one of the best parts took place after the show went off the air.
Following this week’s edition of SmackDown, Big E. and several wrestlers stayed in the ring, with Big E. addressing the crowd. Big E. talked about how the WWE had been wrestling in front of screens for the last year plus but now the fans were back. He could not think of a better place to return than in Houston and thanked the fans for their energy to end the night.
It was an important show. Check out Big E.’s speech and some more moments from the night:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that has been missing from WWE, as you could feel the emotion from Big E. as he talked about what it meant to have the fans back. At the end of the day, wrestlers are performers and it cannot be easy to do what they do with no one in front of them. The ThunderDome was great but it is time to have the fans come back and see what they have been missing.
What did you think of the speech? How much did the fans help? Let us know in the comments below.
