The battle continues. AEW coming into the wrestling world has changed the industry as there is now a new place for various stars to go. This also means that there are going to be stars who are going to be pursued by both companies. It can lead to some wrestlers moving around in one way or another, and now an AEW star seems to be at least interested in jumping ship. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: And Done: AEW Stable Officially Disbands On Sunday at AEW Revolution, Wardlow defeated Samoa Joe to regain the TNT Title. This week, Wardlow posted a video to Twitter, revealing that someone broke into his rental car and stole his bags. These bags contained all of his wrestling gear, from his attire to his boots to the TNT Title itself. There is no word on if AEW has another version of the belt. This is the second time that an AEW title was stolen, as the World Title belt was stolen during Chris Jericho’s reign. It was eventually returned by someone who found it elsewhere. That was rough. They have all kinds of countries represented on their roster as well, with wrestlers of several nationalities up and down the card. That list has grown recently and now another international star has officially been seen on WWE television. Dalishus said that the name has been copyrighted since 2006 and people in WWE know their names. WWE has replied to one of the letters and is looking into the matter. That’s one less. Stables have been a common factor in wrestling for a very long time now as they are a concept that makes sense. Having a stable allows for several wrestlers to be able to get television time at once, often through a shared goal or characteristic. Occasionally you will also see wrestlers who are thrown together with nothing else to do, and now we are seeing one such stable go their separate ways. This is the Roadblock special, because we need a special event less than a month before what is probably the biggest NXT event of the year. Since the NXT Champion is in a six man tag, the real main event is probably Shawn Michaels appearing on the Grayson Waller Effect. NXT has teased Michaels fighting Waller, so odds are we see who is doing it in Michaels’ place this week. Let’s get to it. We open with Tiffany’s Epiphanies, as Tiffany Stratton runs down the card and talks about how we got here. This was later revealed to be due to Rousey re-aggravating a previous injury. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Rousey and Baszler are still expected to challenge for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania, but Rousey is not likely to be at 100% for the match. He’s back. The biggest wrestling story of the year has been the return of Vince McMahon to WWE, following a six month absence. McMahon is back to facilitate a sale of the company, though it has led to wonder about whether he will rejoin the creative team. While there is nothing to suggest that he has done it so far, McMahon did do something this week that he has not done since his return. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WATCH: Jey Uso Makes His Decision About The Bloodline According to Fightful Select, McMahon was backstage this week at Monday Night Raw. There was no official reason for him to be there, though one WWE talent suggested that he was there to see John Cena, who was returning at the show. As the Bloodline turns. The Bloodline Saga has dominated WWE for the better part of two years now but some cracks are starting to show. The team has been having one issue after another, often involving questions about the members’ loyalties to the group. After such issues, the Bloodline needs some wins, and that took place this week, with a major issue being resolved. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: They’re On: Three More Matches, Including Title Match, Set For WrestleMania 39 Jey Uso walked out on the Bloodline at the Royal Rumble based on the team ejecting Sami Zayn. Since then, Roman Reigns has tasked Jey’s brother Jimmy to get him back. Jimmy had until this Friday to get Jey back on the team. Jey returned in the main event of this week’s Monday Night Raw, where he distracted Jimmy so Zayn could win the match. WWE Announces King and Queen of the Ring 2023 Event

New royalty will be crowned. WWE has issued the following press release, announcing the 2023 King and Queen of the Ring event: The General Entertainment Authority, in cooperation with WWE, has announced that WWE King and Queen Of The Ring will be held at the Jeddah Superdome, the world’s largest pillarless Superdome, on Saturday, May 27, 2023. WWE King and Queen Of The Ring is happening in Jeddah, alongside a host of additional exciting events happening in Jeddah throughout the year. This marks the first King Of The Ring Premium Live Event to be held since 2015 and the first crowning of a Queen since the inaugural Queen’s Crown Tournament which took place at WWE Crown Jewel in Riyadh in 2021.
