Not so fast. WWE runs major events almost every month, some of which are among the biggest wrestling events of the year. Several of these are annual events that are centered around the same concept matches every year. Under the company’s new regime, WWE has reportedly been moving away from such shows, but it seems that some possible changes will not be taking place.

According to Fightful Select, two rumored Money In The Bank related stories are not taking place. First up, there have been rumors of both Money In The Bank ladder matches being moved to WrestleMania, but several members of the WWE creative team have said that while possible, no such changes have been made. Second, reports of LA Knight being penciled in to win the men’s Money In The Bank latter match in 2023 have not been discussed. While Knight winning is not impossible, it is not being talked about right now.

It’s a personal thing. There are all kinds of feuds in wrestling and some of them are more serious than others. One of the easiest ways to present a feud is between members of the same family having an issue. Fans can relate to the concept and get behind it without too much trouble. WWE has been using the concept in recent months and have upped the ante this week.

WWE has released a video on YouTube showing Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley showing up at Rey Mysterio’s house on Thanksgiving. Rey tells them to leave but the two invade Rey’s home and attack him. This is a continuation of the angle that saw the Mysterios split and Rey leave for SmackDown as Dominik sided with Ripley. There is no word on if the two will begin to feud again after this incident.

It’s a matter of time. There are all kinds of reasons for a wrestler to be out of action and injuries are at the top of the list. When a wrestler is hurt, the first question becomes long long it might be before they are back in the ring. Health is not the only factor that can hold them back though, as some other people have to sign on. Now we know one more person who is ready but still waiting to make their return.

AEW’s Scorpio Sky has not wrestled a match since the July 6 Dynamite, when he lost the TNT Title to Wardlow and took time off due to a leg injury. According to Fightful Select, Sky is medically cleared to return to the ring and has been for “quite some time”. There is no word on why he has not returned to the ring or when he will be back. Sky filmed content for an episode of Dynamite over the summer but it did not air.

They would help. While wrestling has pre-determined finishes to its matches, the work and effort that the wrestlers put in is very real. Wrestles work hard and put in all kinds of effort whenever they get in the ring. This can result in quite a few injuries and damage to their bodies, which can take a long time to heal up. Now a legend is saying he is going to need some work done to make things right.

During an appearance on Talk Is Jericho, AEW’s Dustin Rhodes revealed that he needs both of his knees replaced, saying he wants to be able to walk once he gets out of the business. Rhodes, 53, said that he saw Ric Flair’s last match and does not want to wind up looking the same. He also did not want to be one of the veterans he remembers seeing on a walker or in a wheelchair due to their knee problems. There is no word on if he is able to wrestle without the surgeries, though his most ..

That would be a sight. Celebrities have quite the history in wrestling as a lot of fans could be interested in seeing what happens when a mainstream name tries their hand at wrestling. That could lead to a variety of different results, some of which are a lot more successful than others. Now a top WWE name is interested in bringing another celebrity into the ring to see how things go.

During an interview with Metro, Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair said that she wanted to bring Rihanna into the wrestling world and possibly team with her. Belair said the two could be WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, saying they could break the internet together. Belair had previously done an advertising campaign for Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty makeup line.

It’s something different. Wrestlers have a bad tendency to not have a way out of the ring once their careers are winding down. In too many cases, wrestlers do not have a way out of the industry and nothing to fall back on. It can be quite the problem, but there are instances where a wrestler has something else planned for when their in-ring career is over. Now a top WWE star is dabbling in a completely different industry.

WWE star Bobby Lashley recently spoke with Sidewalks Entertainment and revealed that he is filming a reality show involving him flipping houses. Lashley said it is something that he loves to do, in addition to working in real estate. The show deals with Lashley working with his team as they flip houses and explains a bit of how to get into real estate. There is no word on where or when the show will air.

You never want to see that. There are all kinds of ways for a wrestler to get injured in a match and none of them are good. One of the worst parts is wondering how long someone is going to be out before you know just how serious everything is. The waiting can be excruciating and now we are going to be waiting a bit longer to find out about a possible injury from this week.

This week on AEW Dynamite, Top Flight challenged FTR for a Ring Of Honor Tag Team Title match this week on Rampage, with FTR accepting. The match was taped this week after Dynamite and as shown via an image on Twitter, Dante Martin seems to have been injured at some point. There are no further details, including what happened, when it happened, or the severity of the injury. This comes after Dante’s brother Darius returned from several months off due to an injury of his own.

That’s a shakeup. There are all kinds of titles in wrestling and some of them are quite prestigious for wrestlers to win. At the same time, some titles have something a little bit different to make them stand out. That could be a little bit of anything and some designations are only supposed to last for a little while. Now one special kind of title has been dropped.

At Full Gear, Jamie Hayter defeated Toni Storm to become the AEW Interim Women’s Champion. This week on Dynamite, an announcement was made that AEW Women’s Champion Thunder Rosa has vacated the title, meaning the interim moniker has been dropped and Hayter is now the official Women’s Champion. In addition, since Rosa vacated the title, Storm’s title reign has now been changed from an Interim Title reign to a full on Women’s Title reign.

It’s the first show after Full Gear and thanks to William Regal, MJF is the new World Champion. That is enough of a story to carry things for the time being, but we have more important things to get to right now: like building up a Ring Of Honor pay per view in the next few weeks. Let’s get to it.
Opening sequence.
William Regal is in the ring to open things up and he lets us know the MJF isn’t here because he’s on the set of a major motion picture. MJF will explain things then, including the contents of an emails Regal sent him a few weeks ago. Cue Jon Moxley to rather slowly interrupt, meaning Regal can sneer a lot. Bryan Danielson runs in to keep them apart though and says that they have all done bad things.
Moxley slaps him in the face so Danielson begs him not to do this. Danielson talks about his dad having the same struggles that Moxley has had, saying th..

Welcome home. With so many wrestlers moving around in one way or another, it can mean a lot when a wrestler makes a surprise appearance on AEW television. Some of these appearances are telegraphed while others come as a surprise. Occasionally you get something in the middle, and that was the case this week as a group was back after a hiatus of a few months.

The House of Black returned this week on AEW Dynamite, making their first live appearance since All Out in September. The team appeared after Orange Cassidy defeated Jake Hager to retain the All-Atlantic Title. Following the match, Julia Hart appeared on stage with the team appearing behind the Best Friends and beating them up. The Factory, who had come to ringside as well, were beaten up too. This comes after a few weeks of House of Black return promos, promising their rebirth.

That’s a special endorsement. Over the years, several celebrities and outside athletes have tried their hands at wrestling, with the success rate being a bit all over the place. There will be some instances of these outsiders being near disasters but some of them have done very well, blowing away expectations. Now some outsiders have received praise from one of the bigger stars in wrestling today.

Earlier this month at WWE Crown Jewel, Logan Paul unsuccessfully challenged Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title. The match saw Logan’s brother Jake Paul interfere to help take care of the Usos. Jake has since uploaded a video to his YouTube page, showing Brock Lesnar praising the pair and saying that he has followed their careers. Lesnar also wrestled on the show, defeating Bobby Lashley in the show’s opening match.
