Major Match With Huge Stipulations Set For Tables Ladders And Chairs

The fallout from Sunday. One of the biggest stories coming into Survivor Series was that of Braun Strowman. After losing his latest chance at the Universal Title back at Crown Jewel, Strowman wanted one more shot at Brock Lesnar. The match was approved, providing that Strowman lead the Monday Night Raw team to victory at Survivor Series. Strowman did that, but it’s a little more complicated than that.
This week on Monday Night Raw, Commissioner Stephanie McMahon said that Strowman can have his shot at Lesnar at the Royal Rumble, provided that Strowman can defeat Baron Corbin at Tables Ladders And Chairs. That was fine with Strowman, who decided the match would be a TLC match. However, if Corbin wins, Strowman doesn’t get a title shot and Corbin is the permanent General Manager. If he loses though, he’s out of power.
Here’s how it went down:

Braun Strowman Injured On Raw, WWE Announces Updates

Time to find out how much of a monster he really is. Tonight on Raw, Braun Strowman teamed with Elias and Finn Balor to take on the team of Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre in an elimination match.
During the match, Corbin, Lashley and McIntyre gave Strowman a relentless beatdown, including crushing his arm with the steel steps.
After the assault, The Monster Among Men was taken to a medical facility, where it was announced that he suffered a shattered elbow.
You can see a video of the assault below:

From WWE.com:
Earlier in the night, Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon scheduled a Tables, Ladders & Chairs Match between Strowman and Corbin at the WWE TLC pay-per-view. If Strowman defeats the Acting Raw GM, he will get a Universal Championship opportunity against Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble, and Corbin will lose all authority. If Corbin wins, then he will become the permanent General Manager of Monday Night Raw.

Monday Night Raw Live Coverage And Results – November 19, 2018

Monday Night Raw
Date: November 19, 2018
Location: Staples Center, Los Angeles, California
Commentators: Michael Cole, Corey Graves, Renee Young
It’s night three in Los Angeles and we’re on the side that won. Last night at Survivor Series, Raw completely swept Smackdown in the battle for brand supremacy. Therefore, you can expect a heck of a lot of bragging this week, which likely means Stephanie time. We’re less than a month away from TLC, while likely means no Brock time. Let’s get to it.
Here’s Baron Corbin to open things up…and he introduces Stephanie. She wants to soak it in a bit because last night they proved they were the best. Tonight they’re celebrating but first Corbin wants Stephanie to follow through on her promise of making his position permanent. Instead here’s Braun Strowman to interrupt. He wants his match with Corbin so Stephanie makes the match for TLC. She throws in a bonus though: if Corbin wins he’s permanent GM but if he loses, he loses all authority.
Strowman..

Major League Wrestling Fusion Results – November 16, 2018

Fusion #31
Date: November 16, 2018
Location: Cicero Stadium, Chicago, Illinois
Commentators: Rich Bocchini, Tony Schiavone
It’s time for a fresh taping cycle as the company makes its Chicago debut. The main event tonight is Sami Callihan vs. Tom Lawlor in a Chicago street fight as Lawlor continues his march towards the World Title shot in February. Other than that it could be almost anything, which is one of the areas where MLW shines. Let’s get to it.
We open with a recap of Low Ki ripping Daga’s ear apart to retain the World Title last week.
Konnan arrives and is greeted by Low Ki, Salina de la Renta and Ricky Martinez. Low Ki talks about adding Daga’s ear to his trophy case. Now he wants something from Konnan though, because Konnan hasn’t gotten the idea just yet. Real men settle their differences differently around here and Low Ki challenges him to a fight. Konnan says Low Ki knows better because he’s retired. Salina taunts him a bit and Konnan seems a little more intrigued. He ..

Video: Top Ten Superstars Going Through Glass

Cue glass shatter! There are certain objects that are tropes in wrestling. It might be a chair, a table, a ladder (someone could make a show with that name) but another is throwing people through glass. This makes for a great visual as going through glass is one of those things that always looks awesome. It’s even happened enough that WWE can look at a countdown of such moments.
There better be some Steve Austin entries.

WWE has released a new Top Ten video looking at Superstars Getting Thrown Through Glass. The video is exactly what it sounds like, with a look at wrestlers being thrown through glass in one for or another. There are different kinds of glass included, ranging from windows of cars to windows to rooms, including one that is part of a house. The list ranges several years, with multiple decades included.
Opinion: This is one that doesn’t need much of an explanation, but the top spot on the list needs a little explanation for me..

WWE Delivers a Bizarre ‘Survivor Series’ Event and the Crowd Goes Wild

Survivor Series 2018 will go down as perhaps one of the most bizarre events in recent WWE history. The overall tone of the night was unsettling and the characters themselves acted completely out of character. Though it is just one event in month 11 of 12, the fact is that Survivor Series may be an indication of something much bigger happening in WWE. One of the most concerning themes of Survivor Series was the amount of unpredictable crowd reaction. Many would say that if an audience brings the hype and if the energy is high, then there is nothing better for a pro wrestling event. It’s hard to argue that notion and it’s certainly more entertaining to watch the product at home when the live crowd is completely in tune with the event.
But the bloodthirsty level of hype from the Survivor Series crowd was a bit unexpected. WWE fans typically have their favorites of course. Oftentimes those favorites are heels, instead of babyfaces. That’s actually commonplace in WWE and it’s likely not go..

Check Out Undertaker’s Most Supernatural Moments

Sometimes, you have to go a little further. A ten year career in wrestling is impressive. A fifteen year one is a very long run. Twenty years is a rarity anymore. Going twenty eight years with the same company after starting elsewhere is unheard of, unless you’re the Undertaker. The Undertaker debuted at the 1990 Survivor Series and has been going mostly strong ever since. That’s quite the accomplishment and it’s time for a retrospective.
This is a pretty unique list.

WWE has released a new video looking at the Undertaker’s Most Supernatural Moments. These have been a staple of Undertaker’s career in his twenty eight years with the company as Undertaker has always been one of the more over the top characters in WWE. The list looks throughout Undertaker’s history and covers almost every part of his career. Some of these might be a bit more famous than others.
Opinion: Undertaker is one of those guys where you have to overlook some of the si..

Video: Enzo Amore Invades Survivor Series And Gets Ejected, Fan Injured In The Melee

It just never ends. Things wouldn’t feel right if Enzo Amore wasn’t in the news somehow. Since leaving the WWE back in January, Amore seems to do one thing after another, whether it’s good for him or not. This includes having a concert in his grandmother’s living room and getting kicked off of an airplane, but now he’s back in wrestling. Kind of. For one night only. And it didn’t go well.
At Sunday’s Survivor Series, Amore, who was sitting in the second row, created a disturbance and was taken down and ejected by WWE security. The incident took place during the AOP vs. The Bar tag match and it was clear that the fans were distracted by something. According to PWInsider.com, a fan was injured during the incident, complaining of an arm injury. There is no word on her condition.

How He’s Doin. Video: Enzo Amore Tells His Side Of Getting Kicked Off An Airplane.

So that’s not the case? Enzo Amore is one of the most interesting people in wrestling. Whether he’s being thrown out of the company for not telling his bosses about a criminal investigation, rapping in his grandmother’s living room or being thrown off a plane, he’s almost always in the news. His most recent moment wasn’t the most positive, but Amore has a different side to the story.
Not so fast?

Amore recently spoke to TMZ and gave his side of being thrown off an airplane. He insisted that he wasn’t vaping as he was accused of doing but rather wasn’t telling who actually did it. Amore says that he was asked if he was vaping on the plane but instead asked the man if he was a Federal Air Marshall. The man asking was actually a flight attendant and Amore says he got off that one time.
Opinion: Now how did I know that Amore was going to have his own side to the story? I’m not sure what happened on that plane but Amore’s track record isn’t exa..

Video: NXT Star Making The Move To The Main Roster

Monster On The Loose. NXT has one of the most packed wrestling rosters in the world with some incredible talent up and down the card. They have a great mixture of power, speed, technicians and a few monsters as well. It turns out though that one of those monsters might not be long for the roster as it’s time for him to make the long awaited move up to the main roster.
Tonight at Survivor Series, a video announced that Lars Sullivan would be coming to the main roster soon. There is no word on the date of his debut or which brand he will be debuting on. Sullivan has been wrestling in NXT since 2015 with a career highlight of challenging Aleister Black for the NXT Title in a losing effort at Takeover: Chicago II. He is a monster with a rather high IQ, which leads to some rather intelligent promos.

The First Of Many. Title Match Set For Tables Ladders And Chairs.

It’s never too early to plan ahead. One of the biggest stories in WWE over the last few weeks has been the split of the Shield with Dean Ambrose turning on his former teammate Seth Rollins in a huge heel moment. The heat between the two has been very strong and it was clear that they would be having one heck of a big match at some point in the future. We now know what that point is.
As announced at Survivor Series, Rollins will defend the Intercontinental Title against Ambrose at the upcoming Tables Ladders And Chairs pay per view on December 16. There is no word on what kind of a match it will be, but the show does tend to be full of matches with stipulations. This will be the first match between the two since July 2016 when Ambrose defended the WWE Championship against Rollins on SmackDown Live.
This is what Ambrose has waiting on him:

Who Won The Battle For Brand Supremacy At Survivor Series?

It didn’t go so well for one side. Over the last few years, Survivor Series has been built around the idea of brand supremacy. Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live had formed teams for a series of matches with the team winning the most matches being awarded bragging rights for the year. Monday Night Raw has won two years in a row so it was time for a change of pace. So how did SmackDown Live do this year?
This year at Survivor Series, Monday Night Raw completely swept SmackDown Live, winning by a score of 6-0. Monday Night Raw won both elimination matches as well as all four champion vs. champion matches, with the only one not coming via clean pin being Ronda Rousey defeating Charlotte via DQ. The seventh match, another elimination tag, was held on the Kickoff Show and didn’t count towards the score.
Here’s how one of the wins went down:
