It’s the go home show for the Elimination Chamber and we have the two Chamber matches set up. One of them will be a tag team edition, so this week we get to see the six teams fight in another form of an elimination match. This time it’s a gauntlet match with the winners getting to enter the Chamber last. Let’s get to it.
We open with a recap of John Cena’s return last week, with the Fiend appearing to set up their Wrestlemania match.

The Crockett Cup is starting to look and that could mean things are starting to pick up. We still have over a month to go before the show but Marty Scurll is coming for the NWA World Title, which could make for a heck of a title match. The tournament is coming up as well so let’s get to it.

TV Title: Zicky Dice vs. Ricky Starks Dice is challenging and takes Starks to the mat without much trouble. Starks gets knocked down again and this time Dice wraps his ribs around the post. Back in and the chinlock doesn’t last long so Dice chokes on the ropes instead. A Falcon Arrow gives Starks two but Dice hits the Snake Rattle and Roll. Starks is in the ropes at two so Dice walks around and points to his head. ..

You don’t want to make him mad. There are a lot of influential people in WWE and some of those people are more influential than others. On occasion, you find someone whose statements can change things in the blink of an eye and that is the kind of thing that you have to notice. If someone that important isn’t happy in WWE, it can cause some shakeups. WWE may have angered someone they wish they hadn’t.
Just shy of five years ago, women’s wrestling changed forever in the form of the Women’s Revolution. The moment changed everything, but it was not the first time that women mattered in wrestling. There were several women who brought women’s wrestling a long way and they deserve some attention. WWE tried to do that for Women’s History month but one name was left out, and a legend wasn’t happy.

That’s a good thing to hear. Injuries are the kind of things that are going to hurt every wrestler at some point in their careers. Wrestling is a violent, physical sport at its core and there is no way around the injury bug. Some of these can be a lot worse than others, but there are injuries that can put you on the shelf for the better part of a year. One of the most popular wrestlers in WWE history was on the shelf with such an injury and now he is ready to come back.
There are very few names in the history of the WWE as popular as Jeff Hardy. His strange mixture of talent and charisma propelled him to the top of the company and that is the kind of thing that almost no one has ever been able to do. Hardy has not been around all that much as of late though, due to a combination of a knee injury and legal issues. It’s almost harder to not win a title than it is to win one these days, but there are other accolades to win. One of the biggest around today is a career achievement, and we now know someone else who will be receiving such a thing.
We are in the middle of the build towards WrestleMania 36 and that means a lot of things are going on at once. This includes the announcements of the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020, which is quite the honor. I know there are some questionable members of the Hall of Fame but at the same time, it still feels like a big deal for the wrestlers involved. Now, another one will be receiving that honor.

Whatever he decides is going to take place is what is going to take place and he can make or break a career in the blink of an eye. That might be the case at the moment, and there are going to be some unhappy fans.
If there is one thing that NXT has accomplished in WWE, it is bringing in all kinds of new talent to the company. There have been so many big names and great wrestlers who have been brought into the company and those names are making their way up to the main roster. So there was an episode of Dark on Friday but where would we be without getting to see the other match that took place before Revolution? Ignoring the big question of why we needed another one aside from having this one match for this show, there are a lot of interviews to go with the single match. Let’s get to it.

Colt Cabana has been friends with the people who run this company and he’s glad to be here, even though he hasn’t signed a contract. If the Dark Order wants to do this, let’s go. He’s got SCU’s backs and the Elite’s backs if they want him.

With so many people coming and going and all of the stories that have taken place both in and out of the ring, wrestling has all kinds of stories that can be told. Last year, a television series called Dark Side of the Ring debuted, offering a look at some of the better (and not so much better) known stories in the wrestling world. The series of documentaries looked at some stories that a lot of fans have heard of before but the key idea was offering them to the masses for the first time. It was a busy night. We are less than five weeks away from WrestleMania 36 and that means the build towards the show is in high gear. There are a lot of things already set for the show and there are also a lot of things that you know are going to be announced for the show but haven’t quite made it there yet. One of the most important matches has been made though and one of the participants was in action after Monday Night Raw.
Back in January, Drew McIntyre won the Royal Rumble by eliminating Brock Lesnar with the Claymore. McIntyre would go on to win the entire match, becoming #1 contender for the WWE Championship. It was the biggest win of his career and now it is time for WWE to make him a star on the road to Tampa. They can do that by having him win one big match after another, which is what happened in the post show dark match.

Of course there’s time for that. We are less than a week away from Elimination Chamber and that means the card should be mostly set. I say should be because WWE has a bad habit of waiting until the very last minute to announce a lot of the matches taking place on the show. This one is no different, as two matches were added on Monday night and another on Tuesday.
There are a lot of titles in WWE but the United States Title has been an interesting one as of late. The current champion is Andrade, though he only came back from a suspension less than a week ago. Therefore the title has been in limbo for a few weeks now, with no word on what would happen when Andrade got back. Well he’s back now and we know where things are going.

This is a bit of a special edition as the show was uploaded on Friday instead of the usual Tuesday due to Revolution on Saturday. Odds are it is going to be the same kind of show as we always see and I’m not sure what that is going to mean. It’s all going to depend on the wrestling, which tends to be the case more often than not. Let’s get to it.
Sonny Kiss vs. Luther Luther goes straight at him with the chops on the ropes, followed by a kick to the face. Choking with the jacket ensues and Luther hits him with the bell…which isn’t a DQ. There’s more to it than that. We are less than six days away from Elimination Chamber and WWE does not seem all that interested. As of last week, the company was building towards three shows at the same time and Elimination Chamber felt like the least important of all of them. The show must go on though and that means some matches needed to be added in a hurry, which is now the case.
There are a lot of ways to build up a big match and one of the best is to have a shorter version of the match in the first place. It’s like an appetizer at a restaurant: if they can get your attention, you might want something bigger later on. That seemed to be the case this week on Monday Night Raw, where multiple matches took place to set up rematches at Elimination Chamber.
