Walter May Be More Open To Wrestling In The United States

More of the big one? There are certain wrestlers whose presence alone turns them into a star. That is not the kind of thing you get to see every day and it can be pretty awesome when it is done right. There are only a handful of wrestlers like that today, and now thanks to a change in their life behind the scenes, you might be getting to see more of them again in the future.
According to PWInsider.com, NXT UK star Walter has recently changed his attitude about living in the United States. Over the last several years, WWE officials have attempted to get Walter to relocate to the United States but he has said no. It is not clear what has led to the change and there is nothing to suggest that Walter is coming to America full time at any point in the future. However, it now seems like a better possibility than ever before.
This is a big deal. Check out what Walter has done in NXT UK:

WATCH: Mustafa Ali Shows Us A Vignette WWE Will Not Allow To AIr

What could have been. There are a lot of stories that take place on a wrestling show at any point in a given year. Some of these are a lot better than others and several are remembered rather fondly. At the same time, some of them do not bring up the best memories for one reason or another. Then there are some which are discussed but are pulled without ever making it to television. Now we can see something that didn’t it to the WWE airwaves.
SmackDown star Mustafa Ali has released a vignette which he filmed but never made it to WWE TV. The vignette features Ali in a suit, talking about how there was a need for a new America, as people like him would never be trusted. Ali spoke about how there is nothing more American than looking like him and something needed to change. This would have been a followup to a promo Ali cut on the October 29 edition of SmackDown, where he said no one believed in him because of his name. Ali has said that this promo will not air due to reasons beyond his c..

History Has Been Made! Huge Title Change At AEW Full Gear!

There’s the big one. AEW has not been around very long but they have build up a nice reputation for their championships. The company takes care of its titles and as a result, a title change feels like it means something. Someone winning a championship is a big moment in the company and now that is the case again, with the biggest title that AEW has to offer.
Hangman Page won the AEW World Title in the main event of Full Gear on Saturday night, defeating Kenny Omega to end his record setting reign. This is the first World Title in Page’s career and his first singles title in AEW. Page was defeated by Chris Jericho in the match to crown the first ever AEW World Champion and is a former AEW Tag Team Champion with Omega as his partner.
Page has been a big deal in AEW. Check out some of his road to the title:

All Elite: Record Setting World Champion Signs With AEW

There’s your next one. The wrestling landscape has been changing almost weekly over the last year and that was certainly the case last month, as Ring of Honor announced that it was entering a hiatus following Final Battle in December. As a result, most of its roster was suddenly free to go elsewhere, and now we know where one of the biggest names will be headed.
During Saturday’s AEW Full Gear event, former Ring of Honor World Champion Jay Lethal made his debut, announcing that he was now All Elite. Lethal immediately challenged Sammy Guevara for the TNT Title and the match was made for next week’s edition of Dynamite. Lethal is a two time Ring of Honor World Champion and Television Champion and holds the record for most days as champion with both titles.
Lethal has quite the resume of his own. Check out some of the things he has accomplished in his career:

AEW Full Gear 2021 Live Coverage And Results

Full Gear 2021
Date: November 13, 2021
Location: Target Center, Minneapolis, Minnesota
Commentators: Jim Ross, Tony Schiavone, Excalibur
It’s time for what is likely going to be one of the best AEW shows in history as the card is stacked. AEW has shown that they can put together an awesome card and then deliver on the potential. I’m looking forward to more than a few things on the show and that is a great feeling to have. Let’s get to it.
Buy-In: Thunder Rosa/Hikaru Shida vs. Nyla Rose/Jamie Hayter The four of them are matched up in the TBS Title tournament and Vickie Guerrero is here with Rose/Hayter. Rosa and Rose start things off with Rosa grabbing some rollups for two each. A basement dropkick has Rose staggered and it’s off to Shida for a running knee in the corner. It’s back to Rosa, who gets powered into the wrong corner though, meaning the stomping is on. Rosa manages to roll away and brings Shida back in to start striking away as Serena Deeb is watching from ringside.

NXT UK Results – November 11, 2021

NXT UK
Date: November 11, 2021
Location: BT Sports Studios, London, England
Commentators: Nigel McGuinness, Vic Joseph
It’s time to crown some new #1 contenders as we have a four way tag match to find the next challengers for the NXT Tag Team Titles. This show continues to follow the old NXT formula, which allows such a match to feel that important. That’s a heck of a trick and they’ve done it again here. Let’s get to it.
Opening sequence.
Nathan Frazer vs. Mark Andrews Andrews takes over on the arm to start and Frazer can’t quite spin out of it yet. Back up and Frazer flips forward to stay on his feet but Andrews armdrags him down. That’s countered into a headscissors, setting up Frazer’s armdrag, which is countered into a headscissors for a standoff. Frazer snaps off a dropkick into a snap suplex for two but Andrews is back up with a running dropkick in the corner.
They fight over a double arm crank until Andrews northern lights suplexes him for two. The Iron Octopus has Frazer i..

More On Several Recent WWE Releases And Backstage Restructuring

They’re done too. WWE has been going through a lot of changes in recent months, with a lot of them being in front of the camera. There have been all kinds of releases from the roster, but several of them have been from the corporate side of things. WWE has undergone quite the restructuring, and now a lot more people are leaving over another change.
As previously reported, WWE released several more backstage employees earlier this month. This included many members of Stephanie McMahon’s staff, including Laura Petrocelli, who has been praised by McMahon in the past. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, these cuts were made because McMahon’s Branding department is being merged with the Marketing department. There is no word on if WWE will be making any more releases as a result of the merger.
McMahon has quite her own set of memorable moments. Check out what she has done in WWE:

AEW Star Out Of Action With A Concussion

Hopefully it isn’t bad. There are a lot of injuries in the wrestling world but one of the worst is anything involving the head. A head injury of any kind can take a long time to heal and it is one of the more serious issues a wrestler can have. Thankfully the industry has started taking head injuries far more seriously, which is why another wrestler is currently missing some time.
According to Wrestlinginc.com, Lance Archer has suffered a concussion and is currently out of action. Archer injured his neck on the October 23 edition of AEW Dynamite when he landed on his head in a moonsault attempt, resulting in a neck sprain. Archer was expected to be out of action for 4-6 weeks due to the sprain, but it is not clear when he could be cleared of the concussion.
Archer can be a heck of a monster when he is healthy. Check out what he can do in the ring:

AEW Full Gear 2021 Preview, Predictions And Thoughts

It’s always fun to see AEW back on pay per view as they really have figured out the formula. They know what they are doing with the whole thing and we should be in for another one this time around. The card is absolutely stacked from top to bottom and we could be in for one of the more historic moments in AEW’s history to date. Let’s get to it.
Pre-Show: Hikaru Shida/Thunder Rosa vs. Jamie Hayter/Nyla Rose It’s a battle of four people who are still in the TBS Title tournament and I’ve heard worse reasons to have a pre-show tag match. There isn’t much else connecting these women and they haven’t interacted much on TV, but it should do rather well as a way to get things rolling for the evening. It isn’t like Shida and Rose don’t know each other so maybe they can have a good match through familiarity.
This can be great:

I’ll go with Shida and Rosa to win here as there is little reason to go with having the popular wrestlers lose to open the ni..

REVIEW: ECW November To Remember 1994: We’re Still Not Done

Welcome to KB’s Old School (and New School) Reviews. I’ve been reviewing wrestling shows for over twelve years now and have reviewed over 6,000 shows. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I’ll be posting a new review here on Wrestlingrumors.net. It could be anything from modern WWE to old school to indies to anything in between. Note that I rate using letters instead of stars and I don’t rate matches under three minutes as really, how good or bad can something that short be?
November To Remember 1994
Date: November 5, 1994
Location: ECW Arena, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Attendance: 1,000
Commentator: Joey Styles
This is one of the promotions I can’t escape no matter how hard I try. It’s a requested show that was just dropped on the Network a few weeks back and since it’s ECW’s flagship event, it’s probably worth a shot. In theory that is as ECW is one of the most unpredictable promotions in the world. Let’s get to it.
This must be the full version as we even see the ring announcer co..

WATCH: B-Fab Music Video On WWE Release With Hit Row’s Top Dolla

Speak your minds. Talking is one of the most important aspects of wrestling, if not the most important of them all. The ability to speak allows a wrestler to get a message across and get fans to understand the story they’re telling. Some wrestlers have been incredibly talented at speaking over the years, but there are all kinds of ways to do so. Now some wrestlers are telling a story in a different way.
B-Fab was one of the WWE wrestlers released from the company earlier this month. Since her release, she has released a rap thanking her fans. The track, called It’s Not Goodbye, was tweeted by Isaiah Swerve Scott and featured former Hit Row teammate Top Dolla. The song includes comparisons to Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair while also criticizing people for saying B-Fab is not ready.
It’s an emotional song. Check out the track, plus what B-Fab did while in WWE:

How Coronavirus Vaccination Status Changes WWE’s View Of Wrestlers

That’s a different perspective. The Coronavirus pandemic has changed the way a lot of things work, including the wrestling industry. Every promotion has been affected in one way or another, with some of them being more devastated than others. WWE has managed to keep things going, but there is still something related to the virus that still needs to be addressed.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE wrestlers who are not vaccinated against the Coronavirus have been told that they are less valuable than those who have been. This comes as several countries require wrestlers to be vaccinated in order to participate on overseas tours. There is nothing to suggest that unvaccinated wrestlers are under any danger of losing their jobs as a result of their vaccination status.
WWE has gone international before. Check out some of their times overseas:
