WRESTLING RUMORS: AEW Finalizing Plans For Third Weekly Television Show

Another. We are coming up on the four year anniversary of AEW’s first event with Double Or Nothing 2019. The company hit the ground running and has gone on to become the second biggest wrestling promotion in the world. That is the kind of thing that can change the wrestling industry, and now it seems that we might be getting to see even more of AEW on a regular basis. There is no word on when the show would debut or when/where it would be broadcast. AEW currently runs two weekly television shows with Dynamite and Rampage plus two weekly web series with Dark and Dark: Elevation. AEW has a lot of content. It’s a good change. WWE has been around for decades and over the years, the company has built up a variety of traditions. Several of these have come and gone, but there are some things that are almost hard to imagine changing. That can make for some jarring moments when the switches do happen, but now we are seeing the reception to one such change. The more the merrier. AEW has shaken up the wrestling world in a variety of ways, including offering all kinds of fresh content to wrestling fans. As a result, there is a lot more big budget wrestling to be seen in the United States, but that is far from the only place wrestling can be enjoyed. Now AEW is getting to move into a new market with a big international deal. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: One More: 51 Year Old Former World Champion Announces Planned Return To The Ring AEW has announced that it has reached a deal with ESPN to broadcast its events in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. The content will begin airing on February 16, with Dynamite on Thursdays and Rampage on Saturdays. The company’s pay per views will also be available on a delayed basis. WRESTLING RUMORS: Update On WWE’s Return To Saudi Arabia

Mark your calendars. It’s a new year and that means it is time to see what is coming up next on the wrestling schedule. WWE has a lot of shows to run, with some of their bigger ones coming early in the new year. Day One is already out of the way and we are on the Road to WrestleMania, but now we might need to get ready for one heck of a big out of the way trip. According to Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Podcast, WWE is heading back to Saudi Arabia for its next event at some point in February. The show is expected to be held on Saturday, February 19 as it would continue WWE’s new trend of major events being held on Saturdays. WWE was last in Saudi Arabia for an event on October 21, 2021 when they presented Crown Jewel. Rampage Date: August 20, 2021 Location: United Center, Chicago, Illinois Commentators: Jim Ross, Mark Henry, Excalibur, Taz So this is a weird show as there is a big surprise, but everyone knows exactly what it is going to be. AEW has all but said what is going to happen here and that just leaves the question of how it goes down. There are a few ways to do that and I’m rather excited about what is going to happen.
