Gerwitz revealed some ideas that were “discussed” during his time with the company. Gerwitz mentioned two stories, neither of which ever made it to television. Their personalities are given the chance to shine through and it makes for some special moments when they get to do something that you would not see in day to day life. Now you might get to see something that goes in a different, yet still interesting direction. During WWE’s Q3 earnings call this week, WWE co-CEO Nick Khan announced that an upcoming series revolving around Montez Ford and Bianca Belair is set to air on Hulu. The series will run for eight episodes but no release date was announced. Ford and Belair are married and both wrestle on Monday Night Raw. In a related note, it was also announced that WWE and Hulu have extended their broadcasting rights deal for Monday Night Raw to last through the rest of their current broadcasting deal. Please don’t be bad. You never want to see someone get hurt in wrestling as it can be one of the most devastating things that can happen to any wrestler. An injury can come out of nowhere on what seems to be a spot that goes well, but other times you can see things going badly as they take place right in front of you. Unfortunately the latter was the reality this week. This week’s NXT featured a match between R-Truth and Grayson Waller. During the match, R-Truth executed a running flipping dive over the ropes, which he did not entirely clear. As a result, R-Truth stayed on the ground with a seemingly injured knee, causing the referee to stop the match.
