That can lead to some battles to land talent, and now we might be seeing that again with a very talented star who has recently appeared on AEW television. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Kingly: Great News On Jerry Lawler’s Health Following Stroke Earlier this month, AEW presented its annual Face of the Revolution ladder match, which included AAA star Komander. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE contacted Komander both before and after he took part in the match. While WWE did not offer him a contract, they wanted to bring him in for a meeting. There is no word on if the meeting took place or if AEW is interested in signing him. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Maybe? WWE Star Denies Reports Of Being On Hiatus From Company In February, WWE Hall of Famer Jerry the King Lawler suffered a stroke at his home in Florida. Lawler was recovering in Florida and undergoing outpatient therapy but now, according to PWInsider.com, he has recovered enough to return to his other home in Memphis, Tennessee. There is no word on when Lawler, 73, is expected to make a full recovery from the stroke. Lawler has had quite the career in WWE. It could be worse? We are getting closer and closer to WrestleMania and a lot of the card has already been set up. With so little time left though, there are only so many more changes that can be made. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: It’s Over: Six Month Old Streak Snapped On Monday Night Raw Last week on SmackDown, Ronda Rousey accompanied Shayna Baszler to the ring with her arm in a sling. This was later revealed to be due to Rousey re-aggravating a previous injury. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Rousey and Baszler are still expected to challenge for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania, but Rousey is not likely to be at 100% for the match.
