AEW Revolution 2023 Preview, Predictions And Thoughts

March 5, 2023

It’s Revolution and things are not exactly feeling hot coming into the show. The main event is a sixty minute Iron Man match with Bryan Danielson challenging MJF for the World Title, which means there won’t be as much time for the usual deep card this time. Other than that, we have Hangman Page vs. Jon Moxley in a Texas Death Match and Christian Cage vs. Jungle Boy in what seems to be a Buried Alive match. Let’s get to it. Zero Hour: Mark Briscoe/Lucha Bros vs. Ari Daivari/Varsity Athletes The Mark Briscoe vs. Mark Sterling and company feud continues for reasons I don’t think I follow. Briscoe also has some new friends in the Lucha Bros and that means we could be in for a new trio. The division could certainly use them, but for now they have to get rid of something like this, as AEW is giving them a nice spot to get their feet wet as a three man team. Of course I’ll take Briscoe and the Bros here, as there is no reason to suggest that Daivari and company will ever be winning anything..

Needs A New Spot: AEW Star Dropped From Current Storyline

March 3, 2023

She’ll need something new. With so many wrestlers on the AEW roster and so little television time, it can be difficult to find something for everyone to do. One of the most common solutions is to put wrestlers together into groups so they can be on screen at the same time. Occasionally changes still need to be made though and that seems to be the case again. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: There He Is: Explanation Behind Eddie Kingston Quitting AEW Revealed The top storyline in the AEW women’s division is a feud between the AEW originals and the division’s newcomers. The originals, comprised of Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter, have been fighting against Saraya and Toni Storm, but their usual friend Rebel has been missing. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Rebel is no longer being used in the story. Since Baker and Hayter are being presented as babyfaces, there is no need for them to have a third woman. There is no word on what Rebel will be doing next. Rebel fits in well with the ..

Former WWE Women’s Champion Returns To Television

January 31, 2023

She’s back. WWE has had a number of returns in the past 48 hours, with names such as Chelsea Green and Rick Boogs returning to the company. However, there was an additional name that also made her presence felt on television. Carmella made her return to WWE programming on tonight’s episode of Raw. It was also announced that she would be in a Fatal-4-way match on next week’s show, along with Candice LaRae, Michin, and Piper Niven. The winner of that match will qualify for the upcoming Elimination Chamber match, where the winner will face Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania. After the announcement, Carmella was interviewed backstage, where she was confronted by Asuka, who had blue liquid running out of her mouth. Editor’s Opinion: F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S! I have been a fan of Carmela’s for a long time and it is great to see her back on television. I’ve always thought that she had something to offer the company and with the momentum that the Raw women’s division has..
