Maddox said that his addictions became mind consuming and his was not focusing on his work. He was released from the company in November 2015 after insulting the crowd during a dark match. During his time in WWE, he served as a wrestler, a referee and the Raw general Manager. Maddox had an interesting career. Cargill retained her title over Nicole Matthews in less than a minute, but after the match Taya Valkyrie debuted and attacked Cargill’s associate Leila Grey.
