Brock Rechsteiner, the son of WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner and cousin of active WWE star and reigning World Partnership Title holder Bron Breakker — is a wide receiver who signed with the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted rookie this past May. On the other hand, he is currently facing a six-game suspension from the NFL.
As reported by Fightful Select — a WWE executive expressed enthusiasm about the possibility of the company signing Rechsteiner when he came aboard the Saints. This executive as reported believes that Rechsteiner’s latest suspension will not impede that prospect — adding that there is a “99.9 percent chance” WWE will offer him a contract once his NFL career concludes.
The report in addition noted that WWE officials have been monitoring Rechsteiner since his college days. Do not expect him to go through a tryout, as they are willing to sign him outright. Rechsteiner has citing reports communicated his interest in joining WWE whenever the opportunity arises.
Additionally, in January 2025, Scott Steiner put forth that Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque offered Rechsteiner a WWE NIL deal.
