Becky Lynch vs. Cris Cyborg?

During the last few days, former SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and UFC featherweight Cristiane “Cris Cyborg” Justino have exchanged tweets hyping a potential match. Although highly unlikely to actually happen, the back and forth banter stemmed from a tweet to Lynch’s boyfriend, UFC fighter Luke Sanders. A fan wrote to Sanders about a possible Lynch vs. Miesha Tate match, even though Tate retired from mixed martial arts.

On July 10, Lynch tweeted she was open for the match against Tate, but Cyborg pitched a Last Woman Standing Match between the Brazilian and the Irish lass. Cyborg and Lynch continued tweeting each other:

Latest On Matt Cappotelli

The co-winner of WWE Tough Enough III revealed the latest of his battle against cancer. Matt Cappotelli, who won the third season with John Hennigan (commonly known as John Morrison and Johnny Mundo), published an update following a recent diagnosis.

Cappotelli wrote:

“Update: Diagnosis is in.”

“I have a grade IV GlioBlastoma Multiforme (GBM).This is not the news I was looking forward to hearing or sharing, but it will in no way deter me from continuing my fight. Spinal tap this Friday will determine if the cancer cells have spread to my spinal fluid. Monday is a follow up with my team of doctors to determine the treatment steps needed to beat this. Thanx to everyone on #TEAMCAPP”

Cappotelli was first diagnosed with a brain tumor in December 2005 during his training at WWE’s then-developmental territory Ohio Valley Wrestling.
