WWE To Tour India In December
WWE’s planned India tour is currently scheduled for December. It looks like the RAW brand will be doing the tour, and the plan is to run the 16,000 seat Indira Ghandi Indoor Stadium in New Delhi on Friday December 7th and Saturday December 8th.
What is interesting is that this is a RAW brand tour. WWE Champion Jinder Mahal, who the company has been using to try to bring in more of the Indian demographic, is a SmackDown Live star, so whether or not he will be on the tour is up in the air at this time.
Asuka/Main Roster Notes
It looks like Asuka will be headed to the RAW roster when she recovers from her broken collarbone. Rumors have been swirling for weeks about where she would end up, and it’s being reported today that she’s definitely heading to the flagship brand.
Despite her injury, she is still scheduled to compete when the company heads overseas to Japan and China this coming weekend.
2017 Tribute To The Troops
Despite rumors going around that WWE was not going to holds its annual Tribute To The Troops show this year, apparently the show is still scheduled to go on. The current plan calls for the show to be taped at the December 5th SmackDown Live taping in San Diego.
