The road to WWE SummerSlam 2026 begins winding down on the night's program in “The Golden State,” with the red brand “go-home” episode of WWE Raw from the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, CA.
‘WWE Then. Now. Forever. We don’t waste much time in the current week, as we head right to the ring for the opening part. Together.’ airs to start things off as always.
Brock Lesnar vs. Oba Femi III Weigh-Ins With Triple H & Adam Pearce
Inside the ring we see Triple H and Adam Pearce as the Hell in a Cell cage lowers around them. Along those lines, we cut to a split screen of the off-camera area where we see both Oba Femi and Brock Lesnar with Paul Heyman heading towards the ring. Femi is out debut and Pearce gets Femi to stand on the scale and weigh himself.
Femi is weighed in at 302lbs and Lesnar is called out next. Lesnar makes his way out to the ring with Heyman. Lesnar pretends to get in the cage and then proceeds to lock Femi in the cage with security, Triple H and Pearce all there.
Lesnar puts the keys in his mouth and Heyman gets on the mic and says there is a change of plans. To add further context, heyman says putting Lesnar in a cage during tonight's broadcast wouldn’t be a strong idea as all he knows to do in that cage is destroy. Lesnar stands on the announce desk as Heyman talks about how brutal Lesnar is.
Heyman tells Femi that Lesnar has never been overcame in a Hell in a Cell contest and thinks it’s funny that Femi think he will beat Lesnar at SummerSlam. Heyman says Lesnar was weighed behind the scenes and he recorded a 303lbs weight. Lesnar tells Femi a message.
“I’ll see you at SummerSlam, bitch,” Lesnar says before starting to walk away. Femi tells Lesnar to run because Oba Femi is coming and reminds Lesnar that he won’t be locked in a cage with Lesnar on the flip side Lesnar will be locked in a cage with Femi. Femi starts to triumphed over up all the cops in the ring like a man possessed. The segment ends.
Austin Theory & Bron Breakker vs — otis & Akira Tozawa Tag-team action kicks things off this evening, as after a brief Superstar arrival scene in the back that saw Roman Reigns and The Bloodline arrive, we head to the ring for opening action. It will be The Vision duo of Austin Theory and Bron Breakker, accompanied by Logan Paul and Maxxine Dupri — taking on Alpha Academy duo Otis and Akira Tozawa.
Theory and Otis start off the match at the sound of the opening bell. Theory tags in Breakker before Otis can get his hands on him. Breakker gets Otis in a headlock and the two collide in the middle of the ring. Breakker and Otis circle each other and lock up.
Breakker tries to spotlight Otis and Otis comes back and strikes Breakker. Otis shoulder tackles Breakker to the mat and then tags in Tozawa. Breakker sends Tozawa to the opposite corner and tags in Theory. Additionally, breakker is double teamed and Tozawa kicks Breakker in the corner.
Theory slams into Tozawa and Tozawa takes down Theory with a headscissors and Theory rolls out of the ring. Tozawa goes out after him and Dupri holds Tozawa’s legs as he tries to get in the ring. Theory beats on Tozawa and tosses him out of the ring and we cut to a commercial break as the action continues.
We see the match still in progress, when the broadcast returns. Breakker beats on Tozawa in the corner. Equally important, tozawa is covered and he kicks out at two. Dupri and Paul mock Tozawa in the corner and Breakker military presses Tozawa and slams him down on his knees.
Breakker runs shoulder first into the ring post and Tozawa tries to tag on the flip side Otis is pulled off the apron. Theory is tagged in and Tozawa tags in Otis.. Meanwhile, Otis takes down Theory and elbows him to the mat. Building on that, theory is tossed and Breakker runs in.
Breakker gets elbowed out of the ring. Furthermore, otis slams into Theory and Breakker tries to help but is sent into the corner too. Otis splashes both of them at the same time and then does the caterpillar and tags in Tozawa as the action continues.
Tozawa takes out Theory outside the ring. Otis is launched into the ring post and Tozawa gets double teamed in the ring. Back in the ring, Tozawa tries for a top rope move and Paul distracts the ref. Breakker spears Tozawa and covers him for the win.
Once the battle wraps up, Breakker and Theory prevailed over up Tozawa. Otis comes back into the ring and makes the save. Furthermore, otis takes out Breakker and goes to splash Theory but Durpi distracts Otis allowing Breakker and Theory to beat Otis up. Dupri tells Theory to smash Otis with a steel chair and Theory does.
Winners: Austin Theory & Bron Breakker Backstage With LA Knight
Off-camera, Jackie Redmond is standing by with LA Knight. As an added layer to this, redmond asks Knight about his contest at SummerSlam and how he’s preparing for this six man tag match. Knight talks about people saying he’s paranoid.
He says he is because everything he’s shared has happened and says he’s actually not paranoid though that he’s Nostradamus. Knight says they’ll put The Bloodline in a hole and they won’t be coming back.
Update On Women’s Intercontinental Title A hype package for the Women’s Intercontinental Crown plays where Raquel Rodriguez and Sol Ruca both say they’ll win. After that, we shoot in the gorilla position area where we see Raquel Rodriguez. Roxanne Perez talking before Rodriguez’s battle and then we cut to see Sol Ruca stretching before the match. Additionally, we head to a break.
Je’Von Evans vs — rusev When the broadcast returns, we get a Chad Gable and Iyo Sky video package highlighting their roads to SummerSlam. Their respective matches at “The Biggest Party of the Summer.” After that, we re-emergence inside the Intuit Dome for our next match of the evening.
Rusev attacks Evans at the bell and punches him out in the corner. Rusev slams into Evans with shoulder checks in the corner. Meanwhile, evans kicks Rusev and then flips around and avoids Rusev. Evans is punched out of the corner and then kicked down to the mat.
Evans kicks Rusev and then hits a springboard headscissors. Rusev is kicked out of the ring and Evans tries for a suicide dive on the flip side Rusev punches Evans. Back in the ring, Rusev clocks Evans and tosses Evans out of the ring with a Fallaway Slam.
Rusev goes out after Evans and Evans sends Rusev into the ring post and then kicks Rusev into the timekeepers area. As an added layer to this, evans runs around the ring and jumps on Rusev who catches Evans and throws Evans over the barricades. Interestingly enough, evans flies over the barricades and takes out Rusev. On a related note, we head to a break.
We see Rusev violently throw Evans into the turnbuckles and calls Evans a child and says he’s a grown ass man, when the episode returns. Rusev hammers down on Evans with elbows to Evans’ collarbone and then puts him in a chin-lock.
Rusev tosses Evans and then kicks him a bunch of times. Rusev punches Evans back to the mat. Rusev and Evans trade punches and Rusev smokes Evans with a right hand. Evans gets on his feet and starts punching Rusev. Evans gets Rusev in the corner and stomps and punches Rusev.
Evans connects with The Red Dot and Rusev rolls out of the ring. Furthermore, evans punches Rusev off of the apron and then flies over the ropes and takes out Rusev. Rusev kicks Evans down and covers him for a near fall. In a separate but related matter, rusev tries for The Accolade and Evans breaks free and kicks Rusev to the mat.
Evans goes for the OG Cutter and Rusev catches him and places Evans in The Accolade. Evans gets on his knees and crawls to the ropes and breaks the hold. Rusev yells at Evans and Rusev runs at Evans and Evans moves out of the way and hits Rusev with a Stunner. Evans hits the OG Cutter and gets the win.
Winner: Je’Von Evans Ryan Garcia & Judgment Day Crash Joe Hendry & Danhausen Concert
We see Seth Rollins hanging out in his locker room getting ready for his babyface to face confrontation with Roman Reigns. We then had to a break. When we return, we see Joe Hendry is in the middle of the ring and he starts singing.
Danhausen is in the ring and they sing a duet about The Judgement Day. Hendry and Danhausen do a synchronized sing and dance to “I believe… that you are cursed” with a bunch of mini-hausens. A bunch of cheerleaders and dancers come down and dance around the ring.
Boxer Ryan Garcia jumps out from out of the spectators and joins the conga line with the dancers and then gets in the ring and strikes Hendry with a guitar. On another front, dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh run in and attack Danhausen and the mini-hausens.
McDonagh punches Danhausen out and Mysterio hits Danhausen with a Frog Splash. Mysterio, Garcia and McDonagh celebrate in the ring and McDonagh destroys Hendry and Danhausen’s musical instruments. The part ends shortly afterwards.
Ethan Page vs. Rey Mysterio
From there, we see a video package for Penta, together with another vignette for the looming re-debut for Notable Cass. We then head back inside the event center for our next showdown of the evening. The two lock up at the bell and Page gets Mysterio on the mat.
Mysterio rolls around and reverses the hold and gets Page in a wristlock. Page takes Mysterio to the mat with a shoulder tackle and then punches Mysterio. Page reverses and Mysterio reverses Page’s reversal. Mysterio elbows Page and then slams Page down and tries for a cover and Page kicks out at one.
Mysterio hits a headscissor and gets Page on the ropes. Mysterio slams Page down and Page sends Mysterio head initial into the middle turnbuckle. Mysterio goes for the 6-1-9 and Page is able to dodge it. Page kicks Mysterio and whips Mysterio into the opposite corner.
Page stretches Mysterio out and Mysterio kicks Page. Notably, mysterio jumps onto Page’s shoulders and hurricanranas Page out of the ring. Mysterio stays on Page’s shoulders as Page is tossed outside and Page takes Mysterio who is on his shoulders and powerbombs Mysterio onto the ring apron.
On that note, the broadcast shifts gears and heads into a mid-contest commercial break as the action continues. Page has Mysterio up on the top rope of the ring. We see things still in progress, when the show returns. Page tries to unmask Mysterio but Mysterio elbows Page off the turnbuckles and hits a moonsault onto Page.
Mysterio kicks Page and tries for a 6-1-9 and Page boots Mysterio in the babyface instead. Mysterio and Page exchange punches and Mysterio hits a headscissor take down and then mounts Page and punches him in the corner. Mysterio kicks Page and sends Page into the ring post. Mysterio gets on the top rope.
He takes down Page with a senton and tries for a springboard headscissors although Page catches Mysterio and slams him down and covers him for a near fall. Page tries to slam Mysterio down again but Mysterio counters to a Tornado DDT and covers Page for a two count.
Mysterio climbs the ropes and Page kicks him. Page and Mysterio battle on the top rope and Mysterio knocks Page off and sends him out of the ring. Mysterio hits a top rope headscissors and sends Page into the announce desk.
Back in the ring, Mysterio kicks Page into the ropes and Page blocks the 6-1-9 by using the ring apron skirt. Page hits The Egoplex and covers Mysterio for the win. The broadcast moves on from there.
Winner: Ethan Page Backstage Update On Danhausen’s Lab & Minihausens
We see in the back a medic looks at the minihausens in Danhausen’s lab, after a Liv Morgan video package. Adam Pearce comes in and tells Danhausen to give The Judgement Day their money back. Danhausen asks for a “money on a pole battle” and Pearce agrees to it for SummerSlam.
Chaos Unfolds In The Ring The Usos make their way out to the ring. LA Knight and Royce Keys, the Usos talk about their battle at SummerSlam where they team with Jacob Fatu and take on Solo Sikoa. Sikoa shows up in the attendees and tells The Usos they’re not going to win at SummerSlam.
Jimmy tells Sikoa that he has to run the play and align with Roman Reigns. LA Knight comes out and joins the festivites. Knight says he’s not here for the family drama but he says he’s on Sikoa’s side and wants to bested both The Usos up.
Knight talks about how this has gone on too long and he’ll see them at SummerSlam and starts to walk away. Knight then turns around and says he could do this now. Knight and Sikoa attack The Usos and Jacob Fatu comes out to even it out.
Royce Keys comes out and all six men start battling it out. Fatu and Keys are moved on from standing. Keys clotheslines Fatu to the mat and Fatu gets Keys in a Tongan Death Grip. Sikoa helps out Keys, Knight, Sikoa and Keys take out Fatu to end the segment.
WWE Women’s Intercontinental PrizeSol Ruca (c) vs. Raquel Rodriguez It’s main spectacular (contest) time!
The WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship is on-the-line in our final actual match of the evening, as Sol Ruca defends against Raquel Rodriguez of The Judgment Day, with just the Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins fan favorite-to-face to go after this.
We see Rodriguez attack Ruca off the bell. Ruca is tossed across the ring and Rodriguez punches Ruca in the corner. Ruca gets Rodriguez on the mat and goes for a decisive pin though Rodriguez kicks out. Notably, ruca kicks Rodriguez and hits a standing moonsault and covers Rodriguez for a near fall.
Rodriguez clotheslines Ruca to the mat and punches and kicks Ruca. In a connected development, ruca kicks Rodriguez out of the ring and then comes off the top rope and moonsaults out onto Rodriguez and we cut to a commercial. Ruca is choked on the ropes. The show returns and we see Rodriguez runs to Ruca who kicks Rodriguez in the corner.
Ruca hits a backstabber and drops Rodriguez.. Meanwhile, Ruca attacks Rodriguez and kicks her down. Ruca knocks Rodriguez back down and Rodriguez slams down Ruca. Ruca runs at Rodriguez kicks her in the crowd favorite and covers her for a near fall. What's more, ruca jumps at Rodriguez and Rodriguez catches her.
Ruca guillotines Rodriguez on the ropes and then climbs the ropes. Ruca hits a DDT from the top rope and covers Rodriguez for a near fall. Roxanne Perez runs down and distracts Ruca. Liv Morgan runs down and distracts Ruca, while rodriguez boots Ruca and covers her but Ruca kicks out.
Iyo Sky runs out and Morgan punches out Sky and sends her into the barricades. All hell breaks loose, Perez hits Ruca and Ruca goes for the Sol Snatcher still Rodriguez catches her and hits The Tejana Bomb and gets the win. She poses with her new gold and busted nose to end the moment. We have a recently introduced champ.

Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins SummerSlam Go-Home Fan favorite-To-Face
It’s marquee match (stretch) time! After a promotional video package for Cody Rhodes vs. We comeback inside the Intuit Dome where we hear the familiar sounds of the entrance theme for Roman Reigns, cM Punk at SummerSlam airs. With that said, the WWE World Heavyweight Defending champion and “The OTC” himself, who are one in the same, makes his way out.
Roman Reigns surveys the packed house in L.A. Before he can finish, that said, Seth Rollins’ music interrupts and he makes his way to the ring. and begins as usual, asking the attendees to acknowledge him. Seth has set sights on Los Angeles to acknowledge him and Seth points his finger in the air.
Roman says that is how you ruin a terrific thing, while he says he tried to explain to him. knows the deal, and l.A. Along those lines, he says that Seth is an asshole, while seth says guilty. He says he is the bad guy. When it comes to them, he is the bad guy and that is fine wit him. That is how he gets his.
Some of us get everything handed to them on a silver platter. Some start on third base. You are everything you say you are and everything this company hopes to you to be. Some have to grind to survive. It's worth noting that you are all of those things and you have an edge on him in so many departments.
There is nothing you can point to with the aim of call him a liar. You can call him an asshole, but he owns Roman. You think SummerSlam is going to be different, while along those lines, why will this weekend be different? Are you going to get your ass disqualified? Maybe you call in The Bloodline because you can’t get things done on your own.
There is one thing you will never be better than him at and that is professional wrestilng. Seth says when it comes to what goes on in this ring, he owns your ass. To add further context, l.A.
