WWE RAW Ratings, Viewership (5/22/17): Viewership Dips Again
The WWE RAW ratings and viewership figures are in for the May 22nd edition of the show, and once again, the audience for WWE’s flagship show is dropping. In fact, this week marks a new low for 2017. It seems like this is the news for ratings and viewership for RAW every week nowadays.
Last night’s episode RAW, which featured Finn Bálor facing off against Karl Anderson, the build up for Extreme Rules continuing, and former Shield brethren Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns team up to take on Samoa Joe and Bray Wyatt, drew 2.615 million viewers. This is down from last week’s 2.751 million viewers. It also marks the fourth week in a row that RAW hasn’t managed to crack the 3 million viewers ceiling.
- First Hour: 2.661 million viewers (2.884 million viewers last week)
- Second Hour: 2.759 million viewers (2.724 million viewers last week)
- Third Hour: 2.425 million viewers (2.645 million viewers last week)
RAW was #5 on cable for the night in viewership, falling behind the NBA Playoffs, Shepard Smith, Tucker Carlson, and Hannity. RAW was also #5 in the 18-49 demographic, falling behind the NBA Playoffs, Love & Hip-Hop, Street Outlaws, and Basketball Wives. In the coveted 18-49 demographic, last night’s episode drew a .91 cable rating. This is down from the .97 cable rating the show did in the same demographic last week.
