WATCH: This Year’s WWE Rumble By The Numbers Video

It’s that time of year. The Royal Rumble is coming up at the end of the week and that means it is time to get on the Road to WrestleMania. There are still several steps left to cover though and the Royal Rumble is one of the biggest. The show has been around for thirty four years now and we will be seeing another edition soon. However, there is still time to take a look back at Rumbles past.

WWE has released its annual Rumble By The Numbers video. The video looks at a history of the Royal Rumble with a series of statistics, including the total number of entrants in the matches’ history, as well as a look at the winners’ success rates at WrestleMania. As was the case last year, WWE released the video on its YouTube channel rather than on one of their television shows.

This is always special. Check out this year’s edition:

Opinion: I look forward to this every year as there is something very cool about seeing this kind of a statistical breakdown. You do not see something like that in wrestling very often but WWE knows how to do something like this rather well. I’m not sure what to expect from the Royal Rumble but seeing this video always makes me all the more excited about the whole thing.
