WATCH: Becky Lynch Takes A Blind Swing At Cody Rhodes

That’s some good selling. One of the most common statements that you will hear about a WWE event is that it is much better live. There are a lot of problems with WWE events, but they are a lot more fun when you are there in person. If nothing else, you get to see some things that would never fly on television, which was the case this week after Monday Night Raw went off the air.

The main event of this week’s Monday Night Raw saw Asuka defeat Becky Lynch after spraying her in the face with green mist. Following the end of the television show, Cody Rhodes came to the ring for his dark match with Seth Rollins. Rhodes came to the ring as Lynch was leaving, with Lynch swinging at him as a result of still having the mist in her eyes. Rhodes would also fist bump Bianca Belair on his way to the ring.

This was a cool thing to see. Check out how everything went down:

Opinion: I can always go with something fun like this as it is the kind of thing that you do not see happen very often. It helps that Lynch has the kind of timing to make something like this work. At the same time, Rhodes being put in this kind of spot shows that WWE thinks rather highly of him. That is a good sign for his future and I’m curious to see just how far he can go this time around.

What do you think of Rhodes’ return to WWE? What is next for Lynch? Let us know in the comments below.
