Segments Announced For Monday’s RAW

WWE has announced that Jason Jordan and Elias will face off on Monday’s RAW from Manchester in a Guitar On A Pole Match.

After Elias blasted Jason Jordan with his guitar during their match two weeks ago, Jordan fired back last week and delivered a guitar counter-assault.

Accordingly, WWE.com has learned that the two Superstars will come to Manchester, England this Monday night to go head-to-head in a Guitar-on-a-Pole Match on Raw.

The contest, which can only be won when a Superstar retrieves the guitar and uses it on his opponent, promises to leave one of these competitors singing the blues.

No, Vince Russo isn’t back (we don’t think), but maybe this will be a segment he will enjoy on this week’s show.

WWE has also announced that Miz TV will kick off Monday’s show with special guest Kurt Angle.

WWE Not Signing Mae Young Classic Competitors?

After the conclusion of the Mae Young Classic Tournament in September, many people thought that we would see WWE sign some top female independent wrestlers to contracts with the company. It looks like that won’t be the case.

It’s being reported that the company told both Toni Storm, the current PROGRESS Women’s Champion, and Viper/Piper Niven that they would be in touch with them after the tournament, but neither woman has been contacted. Also, Candice LeRae has not been signed, though she has been used as “enhancement” talent on NXT since the conclusion of the tournament.
