It’s Wedesday and you know what that means. Yep, it’s time or our WWE NXT preview. On tonight’s show, we will be treated to a UK Championship match when Pete Dunne puts his title on the line against Johnny Gargano.

Also. Ruby Riot and Sonya Deville, who made their presences felt on RAW and SmackDown Live this week, will square off.

Plus, we will get all of the fallout from last weekend’s NXT TakeOver: WarGames. There is a new NXT Champion in Andrade “Cien” Almas and an new NXT Women’s Champion in Sonya Deville. One has to wonder if the theme will continue tonight with with the possibility of new NXT Tag Team Champions being crowned. Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish have made no bones about it in their desire to take the titles from Sanity, and more than likely Adam Cole will step up as Almas’ new challenger or the NXT Title.

NXT TakeOver WarGames is only a few days away, and tonight’s episode of NXT on WWE Network is the final chance to build up to Saturday’s big show.

NXT Champion Drew McIntyre will come face to face with his TakeOver challenger, Andrade “Cien” Almas on tonight’s show. Almas has been good about attacking McIntyre from behind since the match was made between these two, and Drew wants a face to face before their match on Saturday. I have a feeling this won’t go smoothly.

Ember Moon is set to face Mercedes Martinez on tonight’s show, as well, Ember is one of four women who will face off at TakeOver for the vacant NXT Women’s Championship, and a win would do her good heading into Houston.

Also on tap for tonight’s show, Tino Sabbatelli and Riddick Moss will face off with The Street Profits. And, more than likely, we will see more build to the actual WarGames match between Sanity, The Undefeated Era, and The Authors of Pain and Roderick Strong.

WWE NXT Preview 11/8/17

It’s Wednesday, so that means it’s time for our WWE NXT preview. TakeOver WarGames is just around the corner, and NXT will continue the build to the big show on tonight’s show.

• Kairi Sane will take on Billie Kay.
• Adam Cole and Roderick Strong will face off.
• Andrade Almas and NXT Champion Drew McIntyre will continue their fight over the NXT Title.
• Ember Moon, Lars Sullivan, and The Street Profits in action.

Jim Ross On Jericho vs Omega

Everyone seems to have an opinion on Chris Jericho heading to NJPW to take on Kenny Omega at WrestleKingdom 12 in January. Today, Jim Ross chimed in with his thoughts on the big match.

“Just my take, but how any of us can complain about Jericho vs. Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 12 in January of 2018 is a head scratcher. It was excellent booking, creative, and the two Winnipeg natives will rock the Tokyo Dome and sell tickets. This is the best way for them to monetize this window of opportunity, without question. It’s been a long time since the Dome went clean on January 4 and this match should certainly help regarding that matter. I read where the NJPW goals was to sell 30,000 for Wrestle Kingdom 12, which is a tremendous number, but the Dome’s capacity for baseball is 55,000 and obviously a bit more for wrestling.”
