Spoiler: Title Changes Hands at Friday’s Impact Tapings
…
After Monday’s episode of RAW went off the air in Evansville, IN, Dean Ambrose faced WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz in a non-title match.
While Ambrose got the win, Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas tried to assist The Miz but Ambrose fought them both off. Ambrose celebrated in the ring to close the show.

Heading into Sunday’s WWE Backlash event, there was a huge shift in the betting odds for the WWE Championship match.
Randy Orton was originally the favorite to win his match against Jinder Mahal but is now a 7/4 underdog. As of this writing, Jinder is sitting at a 2/5 favorite to win the match on Sunday night.
With “smart money” bets still coming in, it’s still very possible for the odds to shift again before the event. Keep in mind, being the favorite doesn’t exactly mean Mahal is leaving the event as champion, as he could also win via DQ or count-out.
