Tonight’s show features a huge main event between Jack Gallagher and The Brian Kendrick. These two have been going back and forth for what seems like months now, with one constantly trying to one-up the other. It seemed to reach a climax last week when Kendrick called for a Gentleman’s Duel but then didn’t show up. Instead, Kendrick attacked Gallagher and the two’s tension truly reached a boiling point. Now they will face-off in a No Disqualification Match that is sure to test the resolve of both men. Who will come out on top and end this rivalry once and for all? Stay tuned to find out!

Enzo Amore has arrived in the cruiserweight division and made a statement last night on Raw when he defeated Noam Dar. The match itself wasn’t very good, as is to be expected with Amore, but he seems destined to feud with the King, Neville. This is a strange feud for Neville, following his intense one with Akira Tozawa, however I’d like to see Neville make short work of Enzo before moving on to a new threat, like Cedric Alexander or maybe even Hideo Itami. Regardless, we’re sure to get more Enzo on tonight’s 205 Live and maybe tonight is the night he gets the attention of the Champion.

The next challengers for Neville’s WWE Cruiserweight Championship are expected to be Enzo Amore and Cedric Alexander after the feud with Tozawa wraps up.

The plan for weeks now was to move Enzo off the RAW brand as he pissed off a lot of people backstage. However, Enzo will still have to deal with those individuals when he makes appearances on RAW in the crusierweight matches, so ultimately the move isn’t much of a difference.

Speaking of Enzo, there were concerns that his merchandise may take a hit but that may not be the case with him making occasional appearances on RAW. WWE is hopeful that his presence on 205 Live will help viewership of the struggling brand.

WWE has confirmed that Neville vs. WWE Cruiserweight Champion Akira Tozawa will take place on the WWE SummerSlam Kickoff pre-show on Sunday in Brooklyn. With the pre-show being 2 hours long, it’s being speculated that the show will feature 2-3 matches in total.
