WWE is really going old school with next month’s Starrcade event in Greensboro. As of now, the show is still only a house show, but I have a sneaking suspicion that they will announce it as a Network special before too long.

Yesterday, they brought back one of the long-time voices of Jim Crockett Promotions and WCW, Tony Schiavone, and the old Control Center to hype next month’s big show and run down the card. Talk about memories…

Here’s the card as it stands now:

WWE World Title Cage Match
Jinder Mahal vs Shinsuke Nakamura.

SmackDown Women’s Title Cage Match
Natalya vs Charlotte Flair.

US Title Triple Threat Match
Baron Corbin vs AJ Styles vs Rusev.

SmackDown Tag Team Title Texas Tornado Match
The Usos vs The New Day.

Sami Zayn vs Kevin Owens (this is one that is bound to change due to the current SmackDown storyline between these two).

Bobby Roode vs Dolph Ziggler.

Breezango vs Aiden English and Mike Kanellis.

The Hardys, The Rock n’ Roll Express, and Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat are all scheduled to appear at the show, as well. As always, the card is subject to change, and as we will probably see with the Owens/Zayn match, current SmackDown storylines will probably cause the line-up to be tweaked just a bit.
