Rich Swann’s lawyer Ian Pickens issued a statement saying that he will do everything he can to get the 205 Live Superstar back on weekly WWE programming again.

“We are very pleased with the resolution of these charges. We would like to thank the State Attorney’s Office for conducting a thorough investigation, as well as Mr. Swann’s family, friends, and fans that supported him through this. During our representation of Mr. Swann, we have come to know him as a kind and humble young man, who we believe has a bright future ahead of him. We are hopeful that with the dismissal of these charges Mr. Swann will be able to return to the WWE and our firm will do everything we can to assist him in returning to the ring. Thank you.”

As previously reported, all charges to his alleged domestic incident involving wife Su Yung were dropped due to insufficient evidence. WWE still has not indicated if he will be brought back to the company.

Paige will not be charged with domestic violence charges stemming from the airport incident back in June with Alberto El Patron.

El Patron was initially being investigated after Paige screamed at him at the Orlando Internal Airport but Paige later admitted that she was the aggressor in the altercation and had thrown a drink at him. Police recommended Paige be criminally charged for the incident, while Patron was then cleared of fault.

A rep for the 9th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office informed TMZ that the case is officially closed because the victim (Patron) did not want to move forward with charges.

Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that Paige could possibly be charged with battery in the incident that involved Alberto El Patron at the airport a few weeks back. It will be up to the State Attorney’s office to make the final decision.

El Patron was originally being investigated for the charge and his investigation is still not complete. A representative from the Orlando PD told the site the following statement:

“OPD detectives have found that probable cause exists to charge Saraya Bevis with Battery (Domestic Violence). Detectives have sent the information to the State Attorney’s Office for review and the SAO will determine whether to file charges in the case.”
