Bet Wrestling has revealed the betting odds for both the RAW & SmackDown Tag Team Championship matches that take place at Sunday’s Royal Rumble event.

As of this writing, Cesaro & Sheamus are a (-150) favorite over current RAW Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins & Jason Jordan (+100).

For the SmackDown Tag Team Champions Best 2 out of 3 Falls match, Chad Gable & Shelton Benjamin are favored at (-162) over The Usos (+120).

It’s very possible that we could see another shift between now and Sunday, especially after “smart money” bets start to roll in. We will keep you updated.

Lawler is joined on today’s show by his co-host, Glenn Moore.

When Lawler first walked back into The Manhattan Center last Monday, he quickly realized how far WWE has come in terms of what buildings they host their shows in. The building was smaller than he remembered, but that’s probably because he’s been accustomed to working in arenas for the last several years.

He had an amazing time paying tribute to the history of RAW on this show, and it was also great seeing so many of his old friends. He points out that the WWE Universe tuned in to see a lot of the legends of days gone by, and the ratings for this show did a great number for WWE. He likes to think that he and Jim Ross reuniting had at least a small part in those fans tuning into the show.

He’s pretty sure that Triple H made a call on the fly to get some of the talents from Barclay’s Center to jump in a car and make their way to Manhattan Center, because he felt like those fans needed to get more for their money. By the end of the night, Lawler thinks the fans there were pleased and satisfied with the show.

Lawler thinks the crowd would have been happier if they weren’t even shown what was happening at Barclay’s Center. He thinks the crowd there would have been happier with constant action, and the 205 Live matches certainly didn’t give the crowd what they wanted. After RAW went off the air, Seth Rollins, The Miz and Ric Flair all showed up at The Manhattan Center, and the fans got to see those stars up close and in person.

Welcome to the merriest episode of Monday Night Raw ever! And we hope you’re having a great Christmas!

Tonight’s festive Raw will feature the return of the 16-time WWE World Champion, John Cena. It’s unclear if Cena is back for an extended period of time, or if this is a simple one-off appearance, but either way it ill be fun to see Cena back in a Raw ring.

The Royal Rumble is less than a month away and last week we got the historic announcement that there would be a women’s Rumble match in 2018! Now that we’ve got the two matches set, it’s time to start getting entrants. Personally I think entering a Rumble should be earned and something fought for, not just assumed. Like qualifying matches etc., whereas there’s little build-up because we all know Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, and Bray Wyatt will be there. Regardless, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Cena announce his appearance in the upcoming Rumble match, which he’s currently a favourite to win.

Elsewhere on tonight’s Raw, The Bar battle Rollins and Ambrose for momentum, again, and Braun Strowman continues to butt-heads with Kane ahead of their huge match with Brock Lesnar. Dave Meltzer reported on today’s installment of Wrestling Observer Radio that Roman Reigns will be off this weekend WWE Live Events. Braun Strowman vs. Samoa Joe and The Bar vs. Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins will headline those events.

While Meltzer couldn’t elaborate why Reigns is off this weekends WWE Live Events, he did point out that Reigns is also off Monday’s episode of RAW. We will keep you updated if there is anything more to Reigns taking days off.

John Cena, Kurt Angle, Finn Balor, Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Samoa Joe, Sheamus, Cesaro, The Miz, Kane, Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss.

Roman Reigns has been officially cleared to return to action by WWE.

PWInsider reports that the plan is for Reigns to return on this upcoming episode of RAW, which will lead to The Shield facing The Day Day in a six-man tag match at Survivor Series. This is part of the reason why The New Day costed Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins their Tag-Team Championship Titles this past Monday.

Reigns has also started teasing the match with a response to Big E:

Triple H addressed fans that were chanting “WrestleMania” at him after the main event match at a recent WWE Live Event in London that saw him team with Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose to take on Bray Wyatt, Cesaro and Sheamus.

Triple H said that it is up to a man on the “other side of the pond,” referring to Vince McMahon.

“There’s only one guy who can make that decision for you. Unfortunately, he’s not here. If you’re loud enough, maybe he can hear you on the other side of the pond.”
