Finn Balor responded to Roman Reigns’ challenge on Twitter and promised to “step over” the Intercontinental Champion.

After Reigns challenged the RAW roster to “step up” against him, Balor replied with another reference to reports that Vince McMahon doesn’t believe he’s over enough as a suitable opponent for Brock Lesnar. You can check out the exchange below:
