Good news for independent wrestling fans who don’t have the luxury of a booming home-grown promotion: a new partnership between Powerbomb.TV and Beyond Wrestling is looking to bring their New England shows right into your living room.

The services jointly announced they will be testing out Beyond livestreams on Powerbomb starting with the 9/24 Beyond Wrestling event in Worcester, MA. According to the Beyond Wrestling twitter account:

PowerbombTV clarified on Twitter that the partnership was for livestreams, meaning a BeyondDemand subscription would be needed for the existing Beyond archive. But fear not: a new Powerbomb subscription also comes with a seven day free trial and access to over two dozen independent promotions. You could even catch the Scenic City Invitational archive. (Set a reminder to sign up on September 19th on your calendar if you’re eyeing that free trial.)

A successful livestream next month could bode well for Powerbomb’s ability to reach out to other promotions with similar proposals. This would certainly be a boon for fans looking for new ways to catch their favorite up-and-coming indie stars. A Twitch livestream may be free, but there’s still something to be said for the convenience of having all your favorite streams under one digital roof.
