Serena Deeb has been on WWE’s radar and there was  talk of possibly bringing her back to the company.

It now appears that she is one step closer to being brought back to the company, as she was at the WWE Performance Center today. It’s also worth pointing out that she was recently spotted in Pittsburgh, which is where WWE holds it’s pre-signing medical testing.

With WWE announcing new signees this week, it’s possible the two reach and agreement and she returns to the company officially.

Laurel Van Ness has announced her departure from Impact Wrestling moments after tonight’s television tapings concluded. She sent out the following tweet:

As previously noted, Laurel asked for her release from the company a while back but it was not immediately granted. It now appears that the company granted it and she will be free to work wherever she chooses.

PWInsider reports that Gabe Sapolsky is set to sign a contract with WWE as a consultant.

Gabe has already been working with WWE by helping out at the NXT television tapings. He has been working on a handshake deal but it now appears that he will finally ink an official deal with the company.

Sapolsky will still retain his positions with WWN and EVOLVE. This new deal is being viewed as growth in the WWE/WWN relationship.
