Dana joins Asuka, Bayley, Becky Lynch, Carmella, Lana, Liv Morgan, Mandy Rose, Mickie James, Naomi, Natalya, Nia Jax, Paige, Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan, Sasha Banks, Sonya Deville and Tamina.

The Royal Rumble will take place on January 28, 2018, at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As always, we will have live play-by-play coverage of the event.

SmackDown Live Superstar Ruby Riott is the most recent victim of yet another online celebrity photo leak. The photos feature Ruby posing topless in the bathroom and they appear to be several years old, as they don’t feature any of her recent tattoo work.

We will not be sharing these photos or links to them out of respect for WWE and Riott but links are shared all over social media.

Riott joins Paige, JoJo, Mickie James, Charlotte, Kaitlyn, Melina, Summer Rae, Melina, Victoria, and Maria in the list of past and current WWE Superstars who have been victims of these hacks.

During tonight’s episode of RAW, Paige finally made her return to WWE programming but she wasn’t alone. NXT Superstars Sonya Deville & Mandy Rose came out and all three of them attacked Sasha Banks, Bayley, Alica Fox and Mickie James. Alexa Bliss was also attacked in a backstage segment later in the show.

PWInsider reports that Paige is scheduled to make her return to WWE programming this week. While there were plans for her to join the SmackDown Live brand, it now appears that she will actually be staying on the RAW roster instead.

There has been talk of adding Paige to Team RAW for the Women’s traditional Survivor Series match. Even though Bayley vs. Mickie James vs. Dana Brooke for the the final spot has already been announced, it’s possible that Paige will be added to the match to make it a fatal 4-way.

Paige has not competed for WWE since the summer of 2016, when she was suspended for the first of two infractions under the Wellness Policy. Since that time, she has undergone neck surgery. She recently returned to the WWE Performance Center and has been training for her comeback.

Ross opens today’s show speaking about Sunday’s TLC PPV.

Ross says if he was booking WWE, he wouldn’t book Asuka to lose until there was a defining angle in place to do so. If he was to criticize one thing about the match, he’d say that Emma had too much offence in that bout. He felt that Emma, or whoever Asuka’s opponent was, needed to take one for the team because someone who was promoted like Asuka was needed to have a much more convincing win.

He says he enjoys Elias’ character, but appearing in front of the live audience three times in one night is the kiss of death in his opinion. He believes that Jason Jordan is a natural heel in the making because he’s so athletic and handsome. Ross feels that Jordan will be a great heel someday.

Ross says he was very pleased and excited to see Mickie James have a great showing during her WWE Championship bout. He says Alexa Bliss should buy James dinner after the favour James did for her on Sunday. He also mentions that he hasn’t been a big fan of the ‘age’ storyline between these two women because that’s been done a million times before.

WWE Announces Shayna Baszler Signing

As we reported last week, Shayna Baszler has signed with WWE. It took until today for the promotion to officially announce her signing.

Shayna Baszler already made history as a finalist in the inaugural WWE Mae Young Classic. Now, The Queen of Spades is ready to embark on her new career in WWE as an official member of the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Fla.

Baszler, a former UFC fighter originally from Sioux City, S.D., began training full-time at the Performance Center last week.

“I’m looking forward to getting out there and twisting limbs off and breaking bodies,” she told WWE.com. “I can’t wait.”

The WWE Universe watched this past summer as Baszler used a rear-naked choke to submit four consecutive opponents and advance to the Mae Young Classic Final, where she lost to tournament winner Kairi Sane of Japan.

A member of the MMA Four Horsewomen and former training partner of Ronda Rousey, Baszler brings extensive catch wrestling expertise to the Performance Center. She learned the dangerous and hybrid form of grappling under former UFC Heavyweight Champion Josh Barnett and the late U.K. legend Billy Robinson, continuing a prestigious lineage that also includes Karl Gotch, whom Japanese audiences once dubbed “The God of Wrestling.”

Baszler described WWE as “the next step” in her progression as a combat athlete.

“It’s very serious to me and, in some ways, a lot more important [than MMA] based on where I come from,” Baszler said. “Waving the banner of my coaches is a heavy flag to wield, so it’s something I take very serious. Because of that, I wanted to start at the beginning and show that I’m willing to start at the bottom and prove myself and work my way up, so there’s no excuse when I get here and I’m breaking these girls in half. I didn’t get any ‘gimmes.’”

It was announced today that Mickie James will be honored by the Native American Music Association. She will be inducted into the NAMA Hall Of Fame during the 17th Annual Native American Music Awards (NAMA) ceremony on Saturday, October 14th at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls, New York.

Welcome to Monday Night Raw for the first time in October!

Tonight’s show features two huge matches. The main event consists of Roman Reigns taking on The Miz for the Intercontinental Championship. Last week The Miz and his friends destroyed Reigns and mocked The Shield’s signature pose, which seems to indicate a reunion looming. Will Reigns defeat The Miz and become the IC Champion, or will he be screwed out of it by The Miztourage? Let us know what you think in the comments!

The second huge match scheduled for tonight’s show is Seth Rollins challenging the monster among men. Last week Dean Ambrose randomly challenged Strowman and got beaten and hurt. This prompted Rollins to then take the challenge himself, in order to prove to Ambrose that he isn’t predictable. Can Rollins overcome Strowman, or will he end up the same way as his brother? And do the duo come out to help Reigns in the main event? It’s an exciting time for the trio.

Mike Rome announced on Twitter that Nia Jax, Sasha Banks, Bayley, Emma, Mickie James and Dana Brooke will participate in a Gauntlet match on tonight’s episode of RAW. The winner of that match will move on to face Alexa Bliss for the RAW Women’s Championship at the Great Balls of Fire event.

La Luchadora is here! She’s standing in the doorway and gives Alexa an opportunity. Becky manages to turn it around and get Dis-Arm-Her on but Luchadora breaks it up…

Alexa Bliss wins by pinfall with a DDT, retaining the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Bliss celebrates with La Luchadora for a moment and then they put boots to Lynch. Becky fights out, lariat to Alexa, and she rips Luchadora’s mask off… IT’S MICKIE JAMES!

According to CageMatch.net, Asuka is 19-1 since arriving in October 2015, with her only loss coming in a Battle Royal. She is 6-0 at TakeOver specials. In addition, Asuka recently became the longest-reigning NXT women’s champ at 277 days and counting, as seen on WWE.com. Her techniques include various kicks and submission holds, leading to a reputation for a stiff wrestling style.

On the January 13, 2016, episode of NXT, Asuka competed in a number one contender’s over-the-top-rope battle royal for Bayley’s NXT Women’s Championship, which was won by Carmella. On the February 10 episode, Asuka saved Carmella from Eva Marie and Nia Jax after her loss to NXT Women’s Champion Bayley. Afterwards, Asuka had a staredown with Bayley, indicating that she wanted a shot at her title. After Asuka and Bayley defeated Marie and Jax in a tag team match on the March 16 episode, an NXT Women’s Championship match between the two was made official by William Regal. On April 1 at NXT TakeOver: Dallas, Asuka defeated Bayley by technical submission to win the NXT Women’s Championship for the first time.
