Low-Ki Parts Ways With GFW

Low-Ki is apparently already done with Global Force Wrestling. He was there for about five minutes, it seems, before leaving the promotion over the course of the most recent set of television tapings.

According to reports, there are a few versions of the story that led to Low-Ki deciding to leave GFW. One is that he was unhappy with the creative plans for him leading into Bound For Glory, another is that there was a financial dispute that led to his departure.

It was Low-Ki’s decision to leave the company, and GFW has stated that the departure was “amicable”.

Cody Rhodes On His ROH Status

Cody Rhodes, the current Ring Of Honor World Champion, was a guest on this week’s Dinner With The King (Jerry Lawler’s podcast). Rhodes was asked about his contract situation with ROH, and he cleared the air on his status with the company.

“Ring of Honor hates the fact that I genuinely remained a free agent; I did not sign a contract with them. I signed on for various dates, and I have many dates left with them. I really like Ring of Honor. But I’m not going to be exclusive anywhere. I did exclusive.”
