Charlotte On Ric’s Health

On Tuesday morning, Charlotte Flair took to Instagram to update and thank friends and fans for their thoughts and prayers following her father’s recent health battle. As Top Rope Press reported, Ric Flair felt ill during the weekend and was in a medically induced coma as of Monday afternoon. The two-time WWE Hall of Famer had surgery and is reportedly resting well. According to Charlotte, there will be further updates once more information is made available.

It’s unknown if Charlotte will appear at tonight’s SmackDown Live, which takes place in Providence, Rhode Island. She is, however, still scheduled to appear at a couple WWE-related events later this week in New York in preparation of WWE’s SummerSlam weekend.

JoJo Absent From RAW

Viewers watching WWE Monday Night RAW might have noticed a different, and much deeper, voice as introductions were made last night. Usual RAW ring announcer JoJo Offerman was not at last night’s episode due to the news of her sister, Gigi, passing away. According to JoJo’s fansite, she was sent home from the Boston broadcast due to her sister’s passing, which is unknown at this time. Mike Rome substituted for JoJo during last night’s RAW broadcast.
