As seen on Monday’s episode of RAW, Samoa Joe choked out Paul Heyman as part of the build to the upcoming match between Brock Lesnar and Joe for the WWE Universal Championship at the Great Balls of Fire event. Samoa Joe defeated Finn Balor, Bray Wyatt, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns in a Fatal 5-Way match at tonight’s Extreme Rules event for the opportunity to face Brock Lesnar at the Great Balls of Fire event.
Great Balls of Fire will take place on July 9, 2017 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
WWE has announced Brock Lesnar for the following date:
* June 12th in Lafayette, LA
* June 26th in Los Angeles, CA
* July 3rd in Phoenix, AZ
* July 10th in Houston, TX
As noted, Brock will defend his WWE Universal Title at the Great Balls of Fire event on July 9th in Dallas, Texas.
