WWE announced on social media that Shane McMahon will opening tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live. Here is the tweet they sent out:

As previously noted, the rumored match for next month’s Clash of Champions event is expected to be headlined by Jinder Mahal challenging AJ Styles for the WWE Championship. It’s possible that they set this match up on tonight’s show.

Also, The Bludgeon Brothers are expected to finally make their debuts. Check back here at 8PM ET for our live play-by-play coverage.
