According to The Sun, WWE recently reached out to UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor and presented him a huge offer, which the Superstar refused.

A source told The Sun, “WWE has made no secret of its desire to do something with Conor McGregor and there were talks between the two parties about this year”. “Because he’s taking time off from the UFC, there was a talk about doing something at this year’s Wrestlemania in April, but it wasn’t to be despite a hefty offer.”

”The Game” Triple H admitted on public record that he would be interested in having McGregor make some WWE appearances when he attended UFC 205 last November at The Garden.

“He [McGregor] could come over, he’s got it all, man – he’s got the personality, the skills, the talk. He’s an entertainer, for sure,” HHH told The Telegraph. “What does he walk around at? 180lbs? I have smaller guys now in the WWE. We have 200lb guys who are stars. You don’t need to be 300lbs any more.”

“He could do just as well as Floyd Mayweather when he fought the Big Show. That really worked. Conor could do it for sure.”

Conor McGregor pushed the buttons of many professional wrestlers when he ripped the business in August 2016 while promoting UFC 202, where he emerged victorious over Nate Diaz in the marquee bout of the night.

He said that some WWE guys are not right in the head, and that the ”new era stars” are “dweebs.” He added that the old school guys – like ”The Nature Boy” Ric Flair – are legends and called the McMahons “Dons.”

We have so manyguys that are that are fans of the UFC and when they come to the events we take very good careof ’em, we treat ’em with respect, I have yet to meet a bad guy from the wrestling world. Everybodyis really classy and everybody’s really cool. My wrestling thing was just a response to an idiot onsocial media that was talking smack so I kind of gave him a zinger back and the whole wrestling world went crazy on me. But it is what it is, to be honest with you I really don’t care.”

 Brock Lesnar‘s Comment on Dana White

Brock Lesnar was on ESPN promoting Summerslam and when he was asked about His Former Boss Dana White Calling pro wrestling fake his comments were:
“Of course, Dana, it’s fake, all right? Everybody knows that, But it’s still the same. You’re promoting the same thing we’re promoting. Dana White is promoting fights, we’re promoting fights. It just so happens we get a little more longevity out of our fight and out of our fighters because of the circumstances. It’s a staged arena. Everyone knows that.”
“The business model is the same. It’s identical,” Lesnar said. “And I think Vince McMahon is better at it than Dana, and that might rub Dana the wrong way.”

The Steve Austin Show has UFC Light Heavyweight Champion “Daniel Cormier” as Guest, they Discussed Many things like CM Punk and Brock Lesnar and Then the recently news of UFC President Dana White calling Pro Wrestling fake. Steve Austin said that Dana didn’t mean Disrespect to the business (pro wrestling) and that he respects it. Austin says ” I know Dana is from the world of boxing and MMA, but I know he respects the world of professional wrestling. I thought that was his way of saying, ‘it’s a work’ because there’s a difference. Is it fake? It’s predetermined. It’s a work! I don’t think he meant any disrespect to the [professional wrestling] business because I’ll say this, Daniel: I’ll take you, I’ll take Jon Jones, I’ll take the heavyweight champion of the world, I’ll take the bantamweight champion of the world, I’ll take any of you guys who want to go on the road for two years and be on the road for 250 days and go through that grind and you’ll never say ‘fake’, but you will say, ‘it’s tough as hell’.

When we talk about pro-wrestling, we often come across various questions. One of these questions challenges its authenticity. Though, we know the answer to this question, yet we ask this question to ourselves. Is it fake?  There is a minute number of audiences till out there who don’t know what really goes on during the match. Only these people are the ones who believe that everything is genuine. Actually, people who think pro-wrestling is fake, live in the world of delusion. Do you ever call a well-rehearsed and planned dance performance fake? Do you watch the stunts in a movie and define them as fake?

No, right.

These guys who we call wrestlers, after all, are still athletes and do some insanely crazy things. They know what moves to execute at what time without hurting their opponent. Every show is planned before hand just like every other movie and moves slowly towards its end carrying its own storyline with it. So now, when you know what the basic plot of a pro-wrestling match is, let’s talk about real thing i.e. training.

Yes, training for pro-wrestling isn’t easy, every match requires real training to be done. Do you really think these people carry out their moves and jabs without any knowledge. You must know that these wrestlers are actually trained hard to carry out these harmful appearing moves safely. Every now and then they practice for their match to deliver a realistic experience to the audience that pays for the enjoyment. Pretending to harm someone is harder than really hurting them, and this is what these people are professionals in. They carry out the right moves swiftly without letting anyone know that they safely did it and we exclaim ourselves with sorrow.

Don’t you think it’s better when everyone is entertained and no one is hurt at the end of the day?

As a fan everyone appreciates the efforts these wrestlers make. So next time when you go to a wrestling event — whether it be the best of the best or the worst of the worst — just believe it for a few hours and enjoy saints and evils, cheering and booing and going along with being part of the show. After all, the crowd is what makes wrestling a success.
