WWE posted footage of Cathy Kelly reporting that Naomi suffered “multiple injuries” on Tuesday’s episode of SmackDown Live. Those injuries include a cervical sprain, a shoulder separation, and facial lacerations.

These are obviously storyline injuries to further the ongoing angle with The Riot Squad.
