Cody Rhodes indicated on Twitter that The Bullet Club is in Atlanta tonight, which is the same city that RAW takes place. Rhodes posted the photos of the group in front of a Cracker Barrel with the captions “Atlanta” and “Family lunch,” as you can see below.

As many are aware, the last time the Bullet Club was in the same city as RAW, they “invaded” in a move reminiscent of D-Generation X’s WCW invasion. The move got the group a lot of attention, though it also resulted in the Young Bucks receiving a cease-and-desist over the use of the “Too Sweet” hand gesture and got Jimmy Jacobs fired from the writing team.

Bullet Club hasn’t forgotten. And my has the script flipped on the Addiction.

“The American Nightmare” Cody defeated Daniels for the World Championship at Best in the World, bringing the title and, seemingly, all of the fans that supported Daniels on his journey to the championship to the side of Bullet Club. While speaking with Live Audio Wrestling, Jimmy Jacobs talked about his release from WWE and mentioned that he was okay with how everything went down.

“No mistake was made. I am a-ok with the way everything went down,” said Jacobs.

Jacobs would then confirm that the rumors are true that he was actually released from the company for posting a photo of himself with The Bullet Club when they decided to invade RAW a few weeks back.

“It was given to me as the reason.”

Jacobs indicated that he wasn’t sure if the incident with The Bullet Club was the straw that broke the camel’s back or if there were other factors that played into his release from the company.

”If it was, I’m not aware of any of that. It’s certainly possible but who knows.”

The Bullet Club debuted a new “One Sweet” hand gesture at Saturday’s Ring of Honor Global Wars event Columbus Ohio. This new hand gesture comes after receiving a cease and desist notice from WWE over the “Too Sweet” gesture that they were profiting off of.

The new gesture is similar to the old one but with the pinky finger down, as seen above.

WWE producer Jimmy Jacobs is no longer working for WWE, according to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet.

Apparently Jacobs decided to take a photo of himself with The Bullet Club when they showed up to the arena prior to RAW in Ontario, CA a few weeks back. This didn’t go over very well with the higher ups and he received “major heat” for this. It’s very possible that this could have played a role in his departure from the company. WWE reps have yet to comment.

Bullet Club’s “Invasion” of RAW drawing a cease & desist letter from WWE: “I’m not surprised by this and I still think it was worth it. I’ll probably get heat for saying that. The truth is those guys are way more than a hand gesture that they co-opted from someone else. They are just as fine without those things.”

Baron Corbin being the #1 contender to AJ Styles‘ United States Championship: I think he has a lot of upside but they just tried to go with him a little too soon, maybe. I’m a fan of his.

Bauer on Corbin: “I think he needs to be repackaged. I think he looks a little vanilla. His face and the way he registers things doesn’t really do much for me. Would face paint help? Would a new persona help? I don’t know. Would a manager help? Definitely. Somebody to get you invested in his matches, yes, that could possibly help. Just Baron Corbin as Baron Corbin, what is that? We used to do this thing at WWE, it was an exercise, where if you can’t describe a guy’s persona in one sentence then something is not working here. I’m like, ‘What is that?’”

WWE wants The Young Bucks to stop ripping off the “Too Sweet” hand gesture and have been served with a legitimate cease and desist notice from the company.

Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that WWE claims they own the copyright and demand the team signs a document that states the intellectual property won’t be used again. The company could sue for damages of $150,000 or more if the demands are not met.

It’s unknown at this time of their stunt on Monday night where they invaded RAW with other Bullet Club members had anything to do with the notice being sent.

It’s being said The Bucks are looking into their legal options.

As previously reported, Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, Adam “Hangman” Page and Marty Scurll with Brandi Rhodes appeared outside the arena for Monday’s RAW in Ontario, California.

Bryan Alvarez discussed The Bullet Club invading Monday’s show on today’s installment of Wrestling Observer Live. While very little details were discussed, Alvarez indicated that Vince McMahon heard about the group outside of the arena and wasn’t impressed with their actions at all.

Marty Scurll recently did an interview with Channel Guide Magazine where talked about him joining Bullet Club, whether he is looking to join WWE, and other wrestling topics. Here are a few highloghts from the interview.

Joining Bullet Club at War of the Worlds and his first impression:

I only knew a few weeks out. It was a natural fit with myself just about to debut for New Japan, and I had been spending a lot of time with the Young Bucks, who are two of my best friends in the business. I was nervous, but I also love new challenges. My mindset was how can I add to this group? How can I make it better? Rather than what can it do for me. I loved the angle we did for it. That was all down to myself, the Bucks and Kenny. We came up with it all. I wish every PPV we do could end on an amazing cliffhanger. We made Bullet Club the number one trend in the world for a short period. That’s bad ass. That’s what every PPV should aim to do.

Travelling with the members of Bullet Club and how it’s like being a part of a world famous group:

One thing I will say is joining Bullet Club really helped rise my stock. I’m seen on a world platform now. It’s unlikely I would have got the Hot Topic deal without Bullet Club. BC is about as mainstream as it gets as far as wrestling goes. Bullet Club I see now is completely different to the original. That was a serious group of bad ass heels. The BC now, with myself, Cody, Kenny [Omega], Bucks, [Hangman] Page, it’s much more extravert. It’s a real collection of larger-than-life characters. We’re more like a group of Freddie Mercury’s. Diehard wrestling fans will always say, “the original is best,” but BC is bigger than it has ever been right now. We’re in Tekken. We’re the best-selling shirts in Hot Topic. We have a hit YouTube show (Being the Elite). Last time I checked, 42 of the 60 best selling items on Pro Wrestling Tees were Bullet Club members or BC related. The Bucks especially have been really great business mentors to me. The group inspires me to be better. Look at Kenny, he’s the best on this planet right now. Look at Cody, he’s on this amazing run, and its damn cool to watch. We all want to be the best. We can even compete with each other. We want to increase business everywhere we go. We want to make wrestling fun.

About his long term plans and whether he would be allowed creative freedom if he joins WWE:

Right now, I love what I’m doing. I want to conquer ROH and New Japan. I want to continue to push the boundaries and break the mold of what a wrestler without the machine behind them can do. There’s a group of us like minded in that sense, the Bucks, Kenny, Cody, Page etc. In terms of “The Villain” and WWE, I’m pretty sure if they saw opportunity in me to make money, I’m sure they’d let me have a lot of creative freedom. But who knows if they do. I do see a lot of Villain shirts on their programming though. I would love to pick the brain of Vince McMahon. “The Villain” and the “Evil Genius” discussing the business over a steak dinner sounds divine.
