While speaking about her elimination from Dancing with the Stars, Nikki Bella revealed in a new YouTube video that she wants to try to do some movies after she makes a WWE comeback with her sister Brie Bella.

“I’m actually – for the first time ever – I’m thinking about that I want to do a few movies, because getting lost in a character was really fun, and I think that’s something I want to do next. But, I think I do need to make a comeback with Brie [Bella] first, at least, that’s what I want to do. So, Vince, you’re getting a call.”

As previously noted, Nikki and her sister Brie are planning to make a WWE comeback sometime next year.

Braun Added To RAW Survivor Series Team

As we saw last night on RAW, Braun Strowman returned from the dead(ish), with the power of the garbage gods returning him to fine form after spending about 10 days in a trash truck. Ok, not really, but that’s what WWE wants us to believe.

Yesterday, we reported on Kurt Angle being named captain of the RAW Survivor Series Men’s Team (along with the other members of said team), and today, the flagship brand’s General Manager made at least one of those names official by announcing that Braun will join him at Survivor Series.

Braun responded to the announcement with a warning to basically all inhabitants of Earth.

Brie Bells Supports Daniel Bryan Returning To The Ring

During an appearance on Busted Open Radio yesterday, Brie Bella made it clear that she supports her husband Daniel Bryan’s goal of returning to in-ring action after WWE made him retire from in-ring competition in the promotion.

“This is my thing, I told Bryan, ‘Obviously your health is everything to me… As long as doctors clear you, I’m OK,’ because I’m not the type of wife to ever hold back my husband from his dreams at all. And why I fell in love with Bryan, is his passion.

“The moment they told him he could no longer wrestle in the ring, I’m not kidding you, that next day he has done everything to figure out how he can get back into that ring. He’s flown all over the United States to do all these different oxygen chambers, all these different things. You can’t beat that passion, and that’s what I tell him. That right there, that’s passion that people will never be taught. I told him, ‘Whatever you want to do Bryan, I 100 percent support you.’”

Bryan’s WWE contract expires in September 2018, so it won’t surprise me if we see him return to Ring Of Honor or Japan shortly thereafter.

Even though Brie Bella has been training to make her WWE comeback, she mentioned on Twitter that her and her husband Daniel Bryan are planning on having a second child.

She wrote the following when asked if they have any plans for a second child:

Brie Bella revealed in a video Q&A that WWE wouldn’t allow footage of her training because it showed her husband Daniel Bryan taking a bump.

When asked about doing a training video, Brie responded, “I actually did do some and they won’t allow it to be shown.” Bryan, who was also in the video tsaid, “Oh yeah, because she drop kicked me off the second rope.”

Bryan would then mention that WWE doesn’t want any footage of him taking any bumps.

“…they are not allowed to show me doing anything,” said Bryan.

Will He Wrestle Again?

It’s no mystery that Daniel Bryan wants to wrestle again, but following assessments and tests on the current SmackDown Live General Manager, the WWE has effectively retired him from in-ring competition. The so-called retirement is just within WWE, according to Bryan’s numerous hints and now the recent comments by former WWE Divas Champion, his wife, Brie Bella. During an interview, Brie acknowledged that Bryan has been visiting various doctors specializing in brain health. According to Brie, he has been receiving hyperbaric oxygen therapy to treat his condition, which was a lesion in a region of his brain. The lesion has led to Bryan suffering seizures as a result of a few concussions.

Below are excerpts of the interview with Brie regarding Bryan and his in-ring future:

“[Daniel Bryan] flies himself all over this country to get treatment. He has already done 40 treatments. It’s just passion and dedication, and I told Bryan, you do have a daughter, always remember that but if the doctors finally give you the green light: go. This is your dream and passion, you have one life to live, I will never hold you back. Because I love to wrestle and I would hate if someone told me you can’t do it.”

“If WWE doesn’t allow it then I said go somewhere else, it’s all on you. Obviously, he would love to get back in that WWE ring but I know for a fact my husband’s going to find his way back to the ring. He honesty is.”

Hints Here And There

Bryan has been vocal and tweeted about how his retirement was WWE’s decision and how he would return to the ring if he could. He’s even commented about it on WWE programming, mainly on Talking Smack on the WWE Network. On Twitter, he’s even insinuated a future in-ring return.

The Baby’s Eyebrow

On late Wednesday morning, people got to see a new image of Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan’s new baby, Birdie Joe Danielson, show off a characteristic from Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Birdie Joe is shown raising her right eyebrow, similar to the fashion The Rock would raise his brow during his WWE segments. Johnson was quick to response to The Bellas’ picture, commending the beautiful baby’s eyebrow is “way better” than his eyebrow could ever be.

The New “Talking Smack”

One of the top stories this month is WWE’s cancelation of the weekly edition of “Talking Smack.” The WWE Network-exclusive program would feature SmackDown Live superstars to follow up and expand on storylines and give talent a less scripted platform to work on. Talking Smack will only resume after pay per views with the SmackDown Live roster.

Renee Young and Daniel Bryan, who were the usual co-hosts of the show, were disappointed with the news but returned with a “rogue” edition of the new “Smacking Talk.” Following last night’s SmackDown Live, Daniel Bryan and Renee Young premiered its new show on Twitter. The short episode made fun of RAW’s Kurt Angle and Jason Jordan storyline, this time with Bryan revealing he’s Chad Gable’s father. Gable didn’t buy it, but it made for a fun premiere.

Brie Bella On Returning To Action

Brie Bella may be enjoying motherhood to its fullest, but she still wants to return to a WWE ring. Bella, who semi-retired after WrestleMania 32 to support her husband, who was suffering through injuries and to start a family, was part of a panel during this week’s San Diego Comic Con, and she spoke of her desire to return to the ring.

“He’s [Daniel Bryan] like ‘Well, Brie, I think we have enough room for a ring and why don’t we start training?’ I’m was like ‘Yes!’ I’ve been begging him for one. So, I’m like I have the perfect coach – General Manger, thank you – in Daniel Bryan and we’re going to start training, so I’m hoping [in] 2018, I can get back in the ring.”

Nikki Bella is still recovering from a neck injury, and despite rumors of her returning at SummerSlam, Bella herself says that it’s too soon.

New Table For 3 After RAW

A new Table For 3 will be airing on Monday after RAW. This week’s episode will feature Corey Graves, Renee Young, and Lita.

“Renee Young, Corey Graves, and Lita dish on everything from career triumphs to their love of Pee-Wee Herman in a fun-filled Table for 3.”

Dean Ambrose On The Shield

Ahead of the WWE’s live event in Huntington, West Virginia, this Saturday night, Dean Ambrose spoke about the early days of The Shield, staying on top of the roster, and the benefits of performing non-televised live events. Ambrose told The Herald-Dispatch that the benefits performing in a house show is the freedom and intimacy between the audience and performers, adding, “You go out there for the audience, and it’s just them for one night.”

In regards to The Shield, Ambrose said:

“They threw us right to the wolves. We clicked immediately. We go week to week. We’d figure it out, did a lot on the fly. It all worked out. It’s a means to an end. Three new guys come in and kick the door down. It’s very rare three personalities work like that. You could tell we resonate with people. I’ve made way more money, got a lot more things done, a lot more work without them.”

When it comes to staying on top of the main roster:

“It’s tough in any line of work to get to the top. You can’t quit when times get rough. Things are going to happen to you. You have to believe in your abilities to do the stuff and put your nose to the grindstone. I could get hit by a bus tomorrow. I’ve had an incredible journey. I love to do what I’m doing. I’ve been fortunate to travel the world. All kinds of memories, stories.”

Brie Bella At Comic-Con

As Top Rope Press reported last week, the WWE Women’s Evolution will have a presence at San Diego Comic-Con. For the WWE and Mattel Fan Panel on July 20, Bayley, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, and Nikki Bella were confirmed for the one-hour chat. On Friday, Brie Bella was confirmed to also attend the panel, and it will be her first major public appearance since giving birth to Birdie Joe Danielson.

Renee Young will moderate the panel, which will feature “some special surprises,” according to the WWE, for all ages.

Stephanie On Possible WWE UK PPV

As was published by The Mirror earlier today, Stephanie McMahon recently took time out of preparing for WWE’s UK tour to discuss a host of topics, perhaps most notably the prospect of a major UK PPV taking place in the future. McMahon touched on how great an experience the SummerSlam ’92 event at Wembley Stadium was and agreed that with the company’s steady UK expansion in recent times, the repeat of such an event gets more and more likely. Asked if the chances of a UK PPV are increasing, she stated:

I think they are because WWE always listens to our fanbase and the UK fans are pretty loud, pretty rowdy in a great way, and you know we are constantly evaluating that. Personally I would love to see it. I know it would be incredible.

Baby Birdie Joe Finally Arrives!!

In other news, weighing in at 8 pounds and 10 ounces, Birdie Joe Danielson finally came into the world….a few days late. Brie Bella gave birth to her and Daniel Bryan’s baby daughter at 11:58 p.m. last night. In announcing the news, Brie seemed naturally ecstatic:

I can’t even express the overwhelming joy and love that Bryan and I are feeling. Now we know what parents mean about the love you feel when you first meet your child. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers on the safety of Birdie coming into this world.”

E! gained the first picture of Birdie:

We extend our congratulations to both parents as they welcome their first child into the world.
