Dave Meltzer reported in the latest issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Kurt Angle and Triple H both worked Sunday’s WWE Survivor Series event hurt.

Triple H was banged up after working several straight matches in the UK prior to Survivor Series. This would explain why he wasn’t really involved much in the traditional 5 vs. 5 Survivor Series match until the finish.

Angle appeared on the show with his leg wrapped up heavy and it was clear his knee was in bad shape. It’s being said that he too was hurt while working a match in the UK prior to the event.
